I found the oral surgeon rude and because of my medical situation requesting a medical clearance. This is valuation of the American disability act!

I've gotten the run around from this place!! Today I went to get a temporary cap on my tooth. On the way home the cap fell out. I called the place and they told me to go get some bonding at the store and see how that works. The service there is VERY POOR to say the very least. They always have an excuse for their incomessies.And not just once but several times. And also people who are on medicaid are treated like their low class people... I would NEVER recommend that place!

There are long wait times to speak with someone about appointments, billing or other questions. Very frustrating to call times a day always lon g waiting. Still a 1. 2 new issues so unprofessional. I was told my insurance was cancelled in 2005???? I have been going for 20 years with insurance. They would research before my visit and get back to me, it never happened and I tried to call them. Next I was at my visit and the dentist himself sent an email to representative and he promised I would here tomarrow. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO !!!!

The exray room that I went in to was a mess with holes in the wall and drywall on the floor never coming here again
