Tony's Tacos

Some of the best tacos I’ve eaten in this area, I travel for work and it’s not easy finding a good taco place but this place does not disappoint. From the staff, the food,the taste it really is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. I got the chicken fajitas with double rice. Chicken has a great taste and their rice was very tasty as well. And the seasoning they used on the vegetables was top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a true Mexican dish.

The food was delicious! It was very flavorful and fresh. The chips and salsa were nicely salted, and the salsa itself was a perfect pair with a little bit of heat. The restaurant itself is in somewhat of a different location, but the food was delicious.

Love love love!!! The staff was so accommodating and friendly!! They even put on Toy Story 3 for my daughter. The food was soooo fast! I’ve never gotten food that quick at a restaurant before. Our food was so delicious!!!!! With every bite, I couldn’t help but say mmmm out loud 😂😅 Definitely will be going back again and again.

Birrias are off the chain oh my goodness! Mexican street corn was mid…Grab a table and enjoy them, very good & friendly service… They even have a slot machine area if your into that. Loved this place will be back soon.

i Would have posted a picture but i was so excited to eat. Money well spent! i had the chicken gringas and did not leave one single grain of rice on my plate. i will be coming back for more!!!

Had a fantastic lunch here. Chips and salsa were great. Refried beans were delicious. Birria tacos were awesome. Hub had the Chili Colorado and he said the steak was so tender.

The food is amazing 🤤 I recommend it for sure 100% Mexican style…

Small cantina focused on tacos. And that focus is tasty and scrumptious. Great salsa and chips too! Tony is humble, kind, and hard working. Get there!

I have now found the best Mexican food around. Service is excellent. Food is great, place is clean. This is definitely my go to place for Mexican.

Wow!! Best tacos in the area hands down. Flautas de pollo were delicious too. Highly recommended if you want authentic Mexican food. Service was awesome.

And I love everything about this place, except trying to explain to people how to find it and drive to it. Despite a challenging location, Tonys excels at great food. I doubt there is anyone in southern Illinois who serves birria as delicious as Tony’s does at this restaurant. Delicious food, friendly, teammates, and unique drink options. Make this a favorite for my wife and I.

Absolutely delicious, can't wait to go back. Everything we ordered came out fresh and in a timely manner, staff new Everything about the menu and truly believe in the owner himself and his products. Fantastic food.

I'd been away from good Mexican food for way too long being a traveling military member. But Tony's food and his horchata felt like home.

Tony's is the place to go for tacos and gorditas. The taco cabeza or lenguas are the way to go! Quality and authentic! The salsa verde is perfect pair the the food. Get the horchata to cool the heat. You can order ahead and bring cash or venmo.

Stopped on a whim on a trip to Tractor Supply Co and saw the sign that said Tacos and said "I'm sold". Little tricky to get to the first time but absolutely worth it. The menu isn't cluttered, just simple and to the point. The food is delicious. Highly recommend for fans of authentic Mexican food.
