Dr. Harris is great. I've always been promptly seen and the folks there are very responsive.

I was looking to establish a primary care doctor by using zoc doc and was going to take a chance on Dr. Julia Harris. I had a 3:45 appointment arrived 10 minutes late due to dreadful parking situation. Well apparently that must have been the worst thing in the world. I went up to second floor after being checked in. Moments later I could hear me being talked about because I got checked in 10 minutes late. Talk about lack of professionalism. I politely got up and told them don’t have to be seen since my 10 minute delay was such an issue. Total unprofessional

My wife just came home in tears from her recent visit with Dr. Julia Harris at this location. The incompetent staff has on more than one occasion not drawn enough blood, requiring my wife to return to draw more (after informing them it is a difficult experience for her). One of the draws leaving a decent bruise for more than a week later.

Now, on a follow up to go over those results and also records sent from my wife’s cardiologist. Dr. Harris had not even looked at the records and simply repeated info my wife already knew. Before then casually mentioning there might be a condition my wife could have that is also linked to causing infertility (my wife and I are trying). Dr. Harris then promptly left before my wife could ask more questions. When a nurse came in to take MORE BLOOD because they had apparently not run the test for this condition on the first two draws.

I booked an appointment through Zocdoc 2 weeks in advance and stated the appointment was for a new patient. They called me the day before to tell me she wasn’t accepting new patients. You had 2 WEEKS TO FIGURE THAT OUT AND NOTIFY ME. Ridiculous.
