my feet are extremely happy since going to George Allen shoes. The service is excellent, professional, and kind. the receptionist is very helpful, and proficient, Dale, well Dale knows exactly what he's doing!

Folks reading this - my Dad has been waiting for shoes for over 1 month!!!

I never received a call back from last week Thursday - 5 days ago - despite my stating to the Rep. that I was dissatisfied with services and that my call was important.

Thanks for nothing G Allen . It’s ashamed - your store has that old time look that to me means quality and customer service. My experience says you aren’t up to those standards.

Amended: Received call back from Isaiah. Order has not been lost and is in fact in process status. Apparently telephone number online isn't the same as their home service line and that's where calls were lost. Once we receive our diabetic shoes, I will change review based on results.

No one returns calls from this company. I attempted 4 calls each a week apart and I either had some clueless highschooler person pick up and promise a call back or an answering machine. I guess helping people obtain diabetic shoes under their insurance plan (or customer service) is not something you guys know how to do. Too bad.

If there was a lower score than one star that’s what I would give George Allen shoes. My mother’s been waiting for shoes since the first of 2017 and now we’re in November 2017 still no shoes.
