The staff was absolutely amazing from the time I made my baby girl Coco’s emergency appointment. The staff there friendly, the office was modern with state of the art equipment. I was so thankful they were able to accommodate us on such a short notice. Good quality customer service starts at the beginning and is backed up by team support and follow through. I was hit with a little bit of bad news but I knew Coco was in good hands receiving the best care. This is my baby girl Mz Coco. BevLab offers a wide range of services to meet your pets needs. I highly recommend Bevlab for all your veterinary needs. They are conveniently located on 127th St. in Blue Island, Illinois.

Well, it took me some time to heal after laying our fur baby Elliot (Elli) to rest. And we still have not completely accepted it yet. But I must admit that we received pure love, compassion & support from BevLab & the entire staff. From the phone conversation to us bringing him in. You all made it comfortable for the moment for us. And we needed that. It's still a hard pill to swallow, seeing that he had been in our lives for 17+ years. He will always be remembered. Thank you all for helping us with his transition...

Bevlab is a great place for you and your pet. They are easy to schedule with and the staff is wonderful. We just left a well ebing check and they treated my old pup gently and kindly. They made her feel at ease and treated her very well. They have also helped us through euthanatizing our 2 sick and elderly dogs a couple years back. They were kind and compassionate and handled the ashes for us.

Bevlab was referred to me by a friend and I thank her everyday. Bevlab has been the best to me and my babies, Duke and Brodie and Brodie is a handful. However, Bevlab is professional, organized, trustworthy and they truly love our pets and care about the welfare of our babies. My two are groomed, boarded and receives all shots and any medical attention here. One stop shop sorta speak. They are amazing and they recommended my trainer who is also great. As you see they are very well taken care and Brodie likes to watch TV lol well, Bevlab is the place that treats your pet like there own.

Abel to treat my cat without appointment and gave me a follow-up phone call and check the status of my cat. Very happy with the service.

This trip was a sad one. Our Chico had bladder cancer. Dr. Plowe and staff took excellent care as we went through with the end of life process for him! He crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully.... you're pain free.... play free!

We absolutely love BevLab! My cat Boots and I have been coming to see Dr. Nava and Dr. Plowe and her staff for several years now and I know that my animal is in good hands when I’m there. Everyone is so kind and compassionate, and they treat my pet like I would treat her. Their facility is clean, inviting and they really go out of their way to make you as an owner feel supported and comforted knowing your pet is in great hands.

When I lived in Blue Island years and years ago, Bev Lab was my go to vet. Living in a different south suburb now, I find myself going back to Bev Lab for the kind of care I just don’t feel I get in my own neighborhood. Everything from the desk staff to the technician(s) and of course the Vet is above par. Let’s face it, pet care is not cheap. Why not go to a location where they treat you so good you (almost) don’t mind paying such costs, despite how much you love your pet.

This was the best vet experience the ladies that greeted us were so nice and conversational and patient. The vet, her assistants everybody was SO FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL!!! I haven’t been to a doctors office for myself that went this timley & smooth and willing to work with the billing. 10/10

With heavy hearts we had to make the difficult decision to let our Casey go today. The same compassionate care Casey received for almost 16 years was shown to Casey and us once again on this difficult day. We would like to thank the entire staff at Bevlab from the Doctors, Technicians and Receptionists who cared for our Casey throughout his life. Wewouldn't take our pets anywhere else. Thank you for everything.

Always have had a wonderful experience with the staff here. The groomers are wonderful! The advice and care my pups receive make me feel confident were doing the best for them no matter how trivial or difficult the decision.

From the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors you and your furry family member are treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and kindness. The entire staff is professional and flexible. I appreciate the care the provide for my cats and puppy.

A great welcoming staff. Great service. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Just at the wrong time during school hours Just don't set an appointment during the start of school or the end of school unless you know that area. Nice and clean. Make sure they inform you about their prices during the appointment.

Exceptionally clean facility. Staff is incredibly friendly! Every time I have called to make an appointment, something has been available within a reasonable amount of time. So happy to have found this vet for my pets' care ❤

Top notch place for your pets. The ladies and doctors are very nice and know what they are doing. Can trust them to help you with any issues with your buddies

We have moved away but my Dogs still miss the staff at Bevlab! They have some of the best Vets on the Southside! I highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience for our first visit with our new dog. Very kind & patient staff. Doctor Plowe is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. They called with test results the very next morning, despite it being a Saturday. Great care!
