Veronica and Tanner were so nice with me and they helped me pick out just the right walking shoes for exercising!
I highly recommend people checking out this shoe store👍, because they have a lovely selection of women's, kid's and men's shoes.

This had to be the best shoe buying experience ever, and at a Finishline, that is very rare. The workers were sooooo nice, and VERY helpful. Justin was awesome, and I forgot the cashiers name, but she was awesome as well. Will definitely return :)

The store manager Darnell was excellent and provided great customer service. He made sure my toddlers walked out with shoes they both loved. He was very patient with us. Thanks Darnell for a great shopping experience.

On Friday night, December 13, 2019 I called Finish Line in Gurnee, IL. I was looking for a pair of Nike Air Force 1 women's shoes. I spoke with Nyana at the store. She was so helpful and went so above and beyond for me. I explained I live in Iowa and would be traveling near Gurnee on Saturday and was there anyway I could have the shoes held. Needless to say these specific shoes no where else to be found. Nyana was so compassionate, friendly and willing to help. She spoke with her store manager Cristian and they agreed to keep one pair for me. I realize around the holidays that is not a supposed to be done, but they really went the extra mile for me and were so pleasant. Nyana treated me with such kindness and respect. I hope Nyana and Cristian realize they have a Grandmother who is forever grateful. I also hope Finish Line realizes what an asset this Associate and Manager are to their company.

Finish Line is a great store the employee's friendly, everytime I go there I always walk out with many bags, awesome prices.

Staff was very helpful to my son, even though they didn't have what he was looking for. I was asked a few times as well if I needed help, even with just browsing everyone was very friendly.

I left my wallet in the store and they have great customer service and made sure the wallet was mine by asking what was in it and what it looked like.

Ok selection, clearance section is pretty good for the best deal. Oh the discounts are also great.
