Melissa was super helpful. Both her & Missy are pleasant to chat with while they assist to the best of their ability. Melissa went above & beyond to help me with upgrading my phone and trying to figure out an issue we encountered. I will continue to visit this store for my mobile phone needs.

We have dealt almost solely with Melissa at the Bellaire location for years and have always gotten terrific personal service. She's knowledgeable, polite, personable and we have never left feeling like we have unanswered questions. I highly recommend.

Malissa was more than amazing. Even after glitches in the system she stayed 2 hours past close to help us out. We left with what we both needed, and she went above and beyond for us. I’ll definitely be asking for her by name from now on! Thanks for my new iPhone 15 pro max!!

Misty was a great help in helping me get my phone up and running. We had a little trouble because of my other phone but she managed to get it going and I was very satisfied with her service. I definitely recommend going into the Bellaire store in Michigan then anywhere else they rock there.

I stopped at Verizon just to get information about purchasing a new iPhone. Well, Melissa was wonderful! She informed about all the options of purchasing a new phone without any pressure to purchase. She explained how everything would work, how much it would cost and how she was able to set up the new phone if I wanted. On top of that she had the exact iPhone I was looking for in stock! Needles to say I left purchasing the iPhone and was able to keep my original Verizon plan with all its perks. I am extremely happy with the process and now enjoying my new iPhone.

She was kind, patient, thorough and didn’t mind letting me use the wireless charger there that took like 15 mins to turn on my old phone that was super dead due to the charge port going out. Great experience!!!
