Our family was pleasantly surprised by how well kept the cabin we rented cottage was. We expected a "rustic" at best cottage and wow, we were wrong. It was a lovely 2 bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. A full kitchen and dining space along with a comfortable living room area. The screen room was a great hit as well. Having your own bathroom with large shower is a treat while "camping". The 3 women and 1 man we encountered as employees could not have been any more kind and helpful. We met some really nice families while visiting. The pool is a nice bonus. It goes without saying, we will return. Super close to beaches too!

Awesome campgroud, staff was awesome! afordable and practical, tent campsites are about a 5-7 minute walk away from the bathroom, I stayed in V2 which has 3 amazing places to string up a hammock and 2-3 less great but still reasonable places to string up depending on your set up, a few other sites had 1 maybe 2 good places to string up. Overall had a great time and will be back again!

The views were great and cabins were very clean, though it did smell a little like musty cigarettes. The place could use some updating to the playground and speed bumps added to the entrance so the cars don't zoom by the cabins, especially when you have little kids running around. We had a wonderful stay though and enjoyed every minute, especially during these strange Coronavirus times.

The cabins are beautiful and cozy with perfect sites for fires and family memories. You can also go single, and with an TV, highly recommend to stay here. Near town and restaurants, the best place! Also the staff is phenomenal and very friendly! The bathrooms are cleaned 4 times a day, they're always cleaning and it's very well kept for a campground. The dirt roads are smooth and fine no mud piles.

We have been coming to Ocean View campground since our children were small. They are now adults and still join us for many weekends of camping or "cottaging" at our favorite spot. The owners and staff are always so friendly and accommodating. We look forward to beginning our summer season in their cottages (which have been updated and are very inviting), followed by weekends of camping. It is a place that holds many treasured memories for us. Down to earth, friendly, and quiet.

This place brings tears to my eyes, been coming for decades first with family, then by myself for a bit of a retreat every year. The crunch of the gravel, the smell of camping, that time my baby sister and I went down the path and picked blueberries. Memories of waking up warm with sunshine, rolling out of my old sleeping bag (shout out to Reny’s for my sleeping bag and tent both!) and heading straight to the beach.

I love Maine that much that I’ve just moved to Portland. Still going to scoot down route 1 this summer and stay a few days!

My family of 4 spent the day in Kennebunkport riding bikes, at the beach and seeing that whole area-early August 2017. After loading the bikes back up on our RV, we headed out of town to get away from the crowds and look for a place we had found on google to have fresh seafood. Never found it but we did find a different great place for that and on the way we saw several RV parks. Ocean view was the 2nd place we called and we are glad we ended up there for the night. Our site was not roomie or anything to rave about but it was easy to get level and it had picnic table and fire ring. The park itself has a beautiful pool and open grassy area and playground with a spectacular view of delta/low tide area when looking toward the ocean. Nice place to relax and enjoy the evening before dark and morning with a cup of coffee or tea. There were great views to see and park is small enough to not worry about getting lost or feel unsafe walking at night with the dog. Lots and lots of Canadians camping here and lots of French being spoken. Didn't feel like I was in U.S.A. but that was A ok!! Took showers in morning and it was evident that there had been some recent, attractive updating quite recently. Showers were coin operated, I think 10 minutes for a quarter but well worth it for the good water pressure. Really unique caged rock walls outside the doors to the bathrooms that divided the area behind the office that was used for both washing dishes for the tent campers and the bathroom area. There are also many roomy cabins here. I was really impressed that the office was open until 11 p.m.!! Owner/manager cleaning the pool in the morning was very friendly and talkative when we asked him some questions. I think the owners/managers live in a house adjacent to the pool, which is a great advantage for both them and us. We got the last available site and at full capacity that night the campground did not feel crowded or noisy like many can be on a weekend. We are very happy that we found Ocean View, will have lasting memories from our stay and would return in a heartbeat if we have the opportunity

Nice camp ground. People are nice and staff is friendly. I would venture to say this is less children friendly and more for the adults. With that said camping is camping and what you make of it. I have been here many times and love coming back each time.

This place has got it all! Trolley stop, sidewalk to harbor, cottages for rent, tent sites and traditional RV camper sites. Pool always clean and tidy. On site Laundry, new Rec room. Nearby 2 great restaurants and a shopping market (with a DQ and IGA) only a 5 min walk away.
