This is a beautiful campground with large sites and clean bathhouses. It is near several Maine lighthouses. It is also near the Marginal Way cliff walk that allows you to walk along the rocky shores of Maine. It is a great place to stay!

Really great campground. Bathrooms are very clean, and they have more shower stalls than the average campground. They have a heated pool. Sites Leave a nice amount of distance between campers. And there's mini golf just down the street. Staff was very friendly.

It was our third time at Moody, and our first time since the pandemic because of border issues.

Management has changed since the last time we were there, and the new management team is awesome. We’ve had nothing but good encounters with every member of the staff. They have also removed two rules that bothered us the last time (clotheslines used to be forbidden and the hot tub used to be for 16+ years old), which I think is great.

They also provided a few perks throughout the week by the pool, like freeze pops for the kids on a hot day and beach balls to play with.

The new sections are clean, the pool is still as great as ever.

The beach shuttle had to be on call because of lack of personnel, but it seriously never affected us, and we never had to wait more than 2 minutes to get on. The van is brand new and really great.

Only bad point would be the cleanliness of the men bathrooms, which was a bit disgusting. I wouldn’t want to shower in there, personally.

I have been going to this campground, since the mid 80s as a young girl, it was known as "Outdoor World". My grandparents used to take my sister & cousins up for a week or two during the summer. We all looked forward to it, every year! As we all got older, I would go up with friends and camp, but now, my mother has a membership and my sister and I take our children. It's been repurchased by Thousand Trails and it's being updated and renovated. I was just up there on 6/4-6/5, and as I walked down nostalgia lane, I found it wonderful to see all that has changed and all that has remained the same. It's clean, friendly, and fun. There's always been a van that picks you up and drops you off at the beach too.
It always has been and always will be; my home away from home. 💚

We had a great stay. Sites are good sized, pool/hot tub are good sized and well kept. House Keeping does a great job.

Our family of 18 souls, ranging from tiny tots to teens, middle aged with a sprinkling of geriatrics, absolutely loves the atmosphere here! This is our first family vacation visit to Maine; definitely cannot wait to come back for more! The staff is wonderful, the other guests have been so friendly. Everyone found something they loved! Whether it was the pool, hot tub, adult lounge, or kids area; we have all found a favorite niche to enjoy. The peaceful aura of the entire place has been fantastic for our relaxation needs.

When an electrical issue occurred during our stay, the amazing staff rose to the occasion. They even went above meeting basic needs during the outage, and provided free coffee that morning! Camping at Moody Beach, is a Win, win, win! We all thank you for hosting a wonderful family reunion!

The campground was clean and the spaces were just enough. The staff helped us out by finding a spot that would accommodate both the RV and our trailer so we wouldn’t have to unhook. We also stopped in and did the Mini-golf. The experience was both challenging yet pleasant. Give yourself an extra day to try it out if only there for a day or two.

We are currently in TT Moody Beach , Wells , Me. What a great park. We are full timers and have been in TT parks from Palm Springs to here since last November. I have to say this and Palm Springs are my top two faves. The spaces here are well laid out , very spacious and shaded . ( where we are , the 50 amps are not shaded) All in all a great place to relax. But I want to say that it is the staff here that really puts this place so high on my list. These people are so friendly and accommodating it just makes them a pleasure to interact with. James, Zack , Ben and Jake all super helpful. Thank you gentlemen!!!
5 stars was most I could give...I say ten!

Great campground. The 30 amp sites are tight for trailers over 30 feet, but still good. Nice neighbors, and good neighbors. They have a great pool, hot tub, members lounge, decent activities for the kids. More on the weekends. I like to relax, and I definitely do

Small Thousand Trails campground close to Kinnebunk. Quiet park in October with only a few campers. New and very clean shower building up front. We like to walk our dog around to explore and we're pleased with most of the campsite s. Trees are very close to campers. Our site pad needed more gravel as our supports kept sinking. We would stay again

We really enjoyed this resort. It is just off the main road, not far of a bike ride to the Atlantic. Also close to plenty of shops, groceries and a movie theater. Right in from of the resort is a mini golf and fun center. We happened to be around when there was a small pop-up farmers market right outside the park, which was about a 2 minute walk for us. The sites are plenty shady and forested. We had such a great time there and will certainly be back.

Tent site has no electric or water but there are two water faucets a short walk away. Very packed, as soon as one rv leaves another shows up. Pool and hot tub were clean. Bathrooms were regularly cleaned but toilets could use updated seats for hygiene purposes. The woman's room had couple stalls out of order. Loved the mini golf place a walk away that had go kart, two mini golf courses, an arcade and a maze. Camp store is nothing to write home about but just few minutes up road is CVS and Hannaford grocery store. Kids enjoyed basketball course. There is laundry facility on premises, no detergent for sale, $2.50 gets a wash and another 2.50 gets you 60 min in dryer. Found two washes could split the hr dryer time so 7.50 gets you two loads. However only about 6 washers and dryers but two dryers were out of order. If you need quarters you will have to hit the store first as no change machine. Everybody there was nice. Everybody was good about quiet time. Only couple minute drive from Wells Beach.

Very nice campground with everything you need. Well kept and great staff. We came in after hours and the ranger met us and helped get us to our site. He was from our State of RI (retired firefighter). So helpful!

We are coming to the end of a great stay at the Moody Beach Campground in Maine. The staff here has been the most accommodating and friendly of any of the Thousand Trails parks we have visited. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic rules in place they have made us feel like we’re on vacation.. When we had an issue and who doesn’t and it was quickly and professionally resolved. The only regret we have is that due to schedules we won’t be back until next year. Thanks to the entire staff that works here we certainly enjoyed our stay.

Great property that seems to be well managed. Some of the sites are a bit odd as they are arranged such than two opposing patios face each other. Not my favorite for sure. But there are other areas where this is not the case. The amenities are good and we have had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We would recommend this property, especially if you can get one of the individual sites.

Stayed 4 nights for free as part of our Thousand Trails membership. We camped in the new section in front in site 316. Full hookups. Water 60psi, sewer and 50amp. Cell service was adequate (AT&T and Verizon) but not screaming fast.

No trees, but large, open gravel site. They were still planting shrubs and small trees during our stay so we were probably one of the first guests to stay in our site. We thought it might be loud near the entry and behind the go kart/mini golf course but it wasn't loud at all.

Easy access to many of the local beaches and towns. One of our favorite Thousand Trails campgrounds this year.

Amazing place and the campground is great too! We love Ogunquit, Kennebunk, and York. This place is in the middle of everything. Campground host were amazing especially during coVid. Pool was open for 10 groups at a time, laundry was one person at a time. Being considered high risk we really appreciate that sort of thing Staff delivered firewood. They had new gravel pads in the front for large sized rigs or people that don’t like being under trees. There was a large wooded area for people who do. Kids activities. Basketball court. Really something for everyone. Everything clean and well kept. Did I mention the staff was awesome? We are definitely coming back here when we are on the East Coast again.

I stayed there with my wife this summer and it was a pleasure. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant. Upon my arrival the staff was very helpful in getting me set up in the field, as I was a day early. The day of my official check in the staff was excellent in getting us settled in. The grounds were very well kept and clean. I highly recommend this location.

Lots of space great activities for the kids. Little rough at first the first 2 spots we pulled in had no power, but they found us a 50amp space rather quickly. Had a great stay.
