Whether or not your getting an oil change or need mechanic work done, Todd and Ashton really know their stuff, are patient and easy to work with. In the front Bobbie and Katie are super sweet, professional, and courteous. They all do a great job trying to work with you, answering your questions and helping you get your vehicle back in tip top shape. Best and most reasonable place in town!

For quick and easy oil changes in Manitowoc, this is the place to go. Super friendly staff, fast service- everything I look for when I need maintenance on my vehicle. I haven't needed any repairs yet, but I'm certain this is the place I'll go when I do.

Wonderful service every time. I also LOVE that they do not push upselling. Some places like this are awful with that and actually can make me feel uncomfortable at times. They also repaired my mud guard that had fallen in the front for no extra cost! Granted it was a very easy fix. But still! It’s the thought that counts and this place goes the extra mile.

Here's my story:

I moved to a small town for peace and quiet. Everyone says, why manitowoc? You just have not embraced what this town offered yet.

Searching for a place for an oil change, I first went to Midas. Horrible place btw. Dont ever go to Midas. They lied they never went to the front of my car. But showing me the rust under the car trying to fix a hole in my exhaust. Ah huh, sure. Driving away not knowing I could not reverse anymore. Calling Midas and they refuse to help. After giving them a bad review. Midas called a week after offering help after my car was already fixed.

I found this small shop. Let's say ... I've been here since. For 2 1/2 years.

I won’t take my car nowhere else. Good work at a fair price can’t beat that.

This shop is amazing! I've had some mechanical issues with my old Trailblazer and they're always able to fix the problem at a reasonable price. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a problem with my Jeep this morning on my way to work. I called T&B to see if they could figure out the issue, because I've had oil changes there prior to this and they did a spectacular job with that. I spoke on the phone with Todd and told him the problem I was having and he thought it could be a couple of things causing the problem. Told me he would be happy to look at it after I was done with work. He also advised me what to look for and be cautious about while driving from work to T&B. The problem turned out to be the alternator. He said no problem, I can do it right now. Awesome. Get's the alternator in, and discovers the starter is shot too. I'm prepared to just leave it there and make an appointment for the starter replacement, but I guess it was my lucky day because he also was able to replace my starter on the spot as well. The whole process of going from a simple diagnosis to a complete fix for two issues on the fly without an appointment took less than 90 minutes. I've never had such great service at a repair shop. The price was beyond reasonable!! I was pleasantly surprised with the final tally, and now my Jeep is running at 100%. I'm completely satisfied with their work. Todd and Bobbi Jo run an honest, ethical and affordable business. Our household will be using T&B from now on. They are an incredible asset to this community and I would highly recommend T&B to anyone needing repairs.

This place far exceeded my expectations! Super friendly! Price of my oil change was considerably cheaper than Kwiky Lube on Calumet and here they actually talked to you instead of sitting quietly in the car. Definitely my go to place from now on! Thank you!
