Applebee's Grill + Bar

Many places I go lately I see employees who don't smile, don't engage with their customers, and appear as if they don't really want to be there. I enjoyed watching the employees here tonight. They talked to each other, made little comments to each other as they pass by each other and laugh, yet were attentive to the customers. We had a great service, they all seem to work together, making sure the food was hot and making sure another beverage was at the table just as the last one ran out. It made my evening more enjoyable and brought back times when people work would work hard, have fun, and support each other. Thanks for the experience. Keep up the good work!

The employee who took my order was very friendly. Food was made to perfection! House salad was was suprisingly bigger and better then expected. Ribs were cooked spot on. Would highly recommend this location

Richard and Olivia are amazing! I come here because of them! Richard is the gentleman in the bar- very kind and caring person! Olivia very funny and authentic!

Bartender Rick was great! Excellent service with a smile and quick wit. Boneless wings were great! Highly recommend. We'll be back!

The guys I work with and I are around this area for work. We decided to stop by and have Applebee's for dinner. I had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. It was GREAT! The grilled chicken was moist and tender. The shrimp was plentiful and tasteful, and everything together, along with the mushrooms and onions were delicious! I'd definitely recommend this meal.

The service was great and they were able to accommodate all 7 of us. Everybody's drink were being refilled and the waitresses were very attentative to all of us. Looking forward to my next Applebee's meal.

Friendly service from the time we walked in. Server was friendly and brought refills without us asking, food came out sizzling hot. Great experience all around would definitely go back!!

Wonderful Hospitality!! One of the better places to get a beer. Watch sports and listen to some great music. You add half apps in the mix….as the younger generation says “Bussin!”

Food gets there fast..awsome appetizers

I went to Applebee's in Manitowoc. It was a very nice lunch. The place was clean, the service was great and the food was delicious. Everything came as ordered. The server was pleasant and tentative to us. Kept our drinks full and prompt with bringing our food out. 5 stars 🤩 ⭐✨

Richard at the bar was great. He was very personable and social. His knowledge on the laws and Applebees policies was above par!! Thanks for the chats and service Richard.

Best Applebee's I've ever been to. Food seemed very fresh and tasted great. Manager even came by they table to make sure everything was to our liking. I like that when management is out checking on things. If I'm in the area I'd definitely stop by again

The entrance floor was a mess. The rug was saturated with water and salt, and also the floor was wet. . One of the chairs at our table had duct tape to cover a hole that was coming off. My husband took a chair from a different table. The staff was loud. Food was delicious.

My family of four came to eat tonight and the food was good, the waitress was very nice and did a good job considering how busy they were. Yes we had to wait a while for our stuff but we know that they are busy. Anyone who is upset with slow service needs to find some more people to help these folks out. There was no hostess and I don’t think there was a bartender. BUT our food was good and we got everything we asked for. Thanks Merranda for great service!
