Shopko Optical

A friend recommended this place to me, so I decided to try it. It was very easy to schedule an appointment here. All the employees were professional and friendly. The doctor seemed very competent. All my questions and concerns were answered. The wait times weren't too bad. They were pretty busy, but they still made sure I was helped in a timely manner. They seem very organized and like they know what they're doing here, and I appreciate that.

I appreciated the face that Shopko Optical could still accommodate my appt. after it was cancelled. I saw a new doctor (Dr. B) that I liked very much. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. Kathy helped me with my new glasses and prescription and also took the time needed to make sure I was happy with my choice. I would definitely work with both of them again. The only issue I had was just with the store/lab itself in that it will not prescribe complete rimless glasses which is my first choice.

Had an issue with the parking lot being blocked off due to new paint. Which unfortunately had the wheelchair accessible entrance blocked. I am so appreciative of how lovely these ladies were to reschedule her appt and even went out to my daughter in the car to adjust her glasses. Such an amazing place and people. Thank you so much for the kindness and flexibility.

Cathy helped us and did an amazing job! She’s so friendly, helpful and took her time instead of rushing! There was also a VERY rude and difficult patient screaming at one of the ladies and they all kept their composure. These ladies deserve a raise! ❤

I have been going to Shopko Optical for a very long time. Dr Cook is the best and the staff is super friendly and great at their job. Feel like my vision is in great hands!

Friendly staff and helpful with picking out the best glasses for me. Plenty of choices. One of my last 2 pairs I bought, didn’t come for several weeks later, but talking with the associates, they found out my glasses were not passing inspections , due to scratches. I was glad the lab personnel took the time and made sure my glasses were perfect before giving them to me.

I was taken excellent care by Dr B. Then it came time to get fitted for for glasses and relieved excellent care from Cathy. We had a great visit !!!!
