Basil's Sustainable Goods

I've recently become severely allergic to chemical flame retardants and a lot of mass produced furniture. This experience has led me down a rabbit hole of riding my home of other toxic chemicals, BPAs, PFAs, etc. so I was very happy to stumble upon this business. This store has a wide variety of products and the owner is super helpful. Pricing is comparable to online options so I'd rather support a small business. You can also refill your product bottles right there. Very personable, knowledgeable service. Highly recommend. I live in Milwaukee but will be back since I have family in the area.

I was surprised to find this great shop full of carefully sourced, eco-friendly products in the heart of Manitowoc. The owner is super helpful, knows exactly where all the products come from, what they're made of, etc. A must - visit if you are in the city!
