Amazing place to stay!! Every staff member is so friendly and helpful! The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are cozy! I felt safe and welcomed and so did my family! Would recommend to anyone! Also location is great! Just a drive from many cool places to see!

Rooms were clean, location is good, breakfast is decent. The on-site BBQ options are very nice,they have all of the utensils, actual plates and flatware that you need. Will return.

Very nice stay! Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Great location, close to beaches and downtown Ogunquit. The homemade muffins for breakfast were a nice touch and yummy!

This was an excellent stay! Myself, my
Mom, and my almost 2 year old daughter stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. The rooms were clean, the aesthetic was very calm and welcoming. I felt very safe here which is usually something I struggle with. There was lots to do around and every single person on the staff was kind and happy to chat! Especially with my very social toddler. The salt water pool was great and the heater was on, the little play areas for kids was a great touch! I loved the texting service and the breakfast we had every single morning. Looking forward to hopefully booking another stay here next year!

My sisters and I stayed this past weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice and definitely clean. The salt water pool was a nice fearure along with the lounge chairs. Breakfast was included and was very good. The homemade muffins were amazing! All in all, I will be coming back here soon, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Last minute booking when other prior accommodation was unavailable. Able to get a king bed with no stairs - that was a huge plus - at a very reasonable rate. It was in the area we needed to be. The room was spacious and appeared to have been renovated recently. It was very clean. Bathroom is small and does have a tub as opposed to a walk in shower but there is a large vanity outside of the bathroom.
It is a motor court type of facility but we were on the end and even though closest to the road, it was very quiet. We were also there in early June so not full season yet.
The breakfast was continental but adequate. Room included coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge.
Overall, very pleased with accommodation for the price.

This resort was amazing! The rooms are very spacious and clean and the pool was nice and warm. Only a mile run/walk from moody beach! Will be returning for sure. The breakfast was very tasty as well, however no eggs.

We had a great trip to the Wells-Ogonquit Motel-Resort. We were a family of 7 (grandparents, parents and three children). The little family had a family suite and it was great. The room was large and cleaned. Our shower head broke during our stay, a maintenance person came immediately to fix it. The breakfast served is a must, it is quite varied and good. We cooked for dinner on the many BBQs on site. All kitchen utensils are available and spotless. The pool at the end of the day was nice. To improve: the pool water was cloudy for a good part of our stay. More picnic tables with sun protection would be great. Access to the beach was quick and easy. However, the footpath takes us to a stretch of beach that belongs to private properties, so we had a mini-corridor to install our chairs. It should be mentioned. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back. We loved it!

Had a wonderful stay at this motel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good specially the muffins made fresh! We could do barbecue with the utensils provided by the motel. There's a small playground for kids to enjoy as well!

We stumbled onto this motel while traveling to Bar Harbor. We asked an associate at the Welcome Station entering Maine where we could find a nice and reasonably priced place to lodge for the night. The attendant suggested the Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel. We promptly called to make a reservation, and when we traveled through the area to get to our destination, we were taken in by the abundance of restaurants, shops and other cultural activities.
When we arrived to our destination for the evening, we were greeted by Susan who checked us into our room. She was very pleasant, and does a good service to the motel she represents. People were relaxing outside and swimming in the pool. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds were perfect, allowing us to sleep well through the night.
The next morning we enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast inside the office lobby.
We left there feeling rested and relaxed after one night and have decided that we are going to make this our next Maine destination in the future.

The resort has a very friendly staff and the room was very comfortable.
The resort is very family oriented.
The pool is kept spotless.
The only thing the room could use is better lighting over the mirror.

We stayed 2 nights in a very nice, very clean room. The staff is very friendly, we were close to everything grocery store, beaches, fishing spots, etc. Well worth the money for the quality of this place. I would go back without any hesitation

My family & I have been coming to this motel since before I was born, this year was my first year bringing my own family. While the owners may have recently changed the hospitality has not. Our room was clean & stocked, housekeeping was always eager to get us what we needed in terms of towels, water cups, etc… both ladies at the front desk for check in & check out were friendly, prompt & happy to give suggestions for beaches or restaurants to visit. Breakfast in the morning included eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt muffins, cereal & baked beans; and the coffee was made perfectly each morning & kept hot (who doesn’t love that). Parking was easy and we were able to always have a spot right by our door. The pool was lovely as well, I believe it is a heated saltwater pool. Overall our stay was lovely & we were happy to see the motel running just the same if not better with the new owners.

we stayed at this hotel for 4 days at the end of September and realized the second day that we had already stayed in the same hotel 14 years ago lol. We had reserved the same one without even realizing. It is nice, clean, employees are very kind and helpful. Close to everything. The price is reasonable for what they offer.

LOVED this place. Right location to everything. Very nice room & clean. Enjoyed sitting on deck having morning coffee watching the sunrise. Highly recommended

What a fantastic little gem, located on US 1, centrally located between Wells Beach and Ogunquit. The rooms have been recently renovated with new furniture, air conditioning, and more. There is a pool on property, along with an outdoor BBQ area and propane grills with utensils for guests to use. What was most important to me, and very impressive, was the included breakfast. Any overnight stay in a hotel must include breakfast, and this hotel had a pretty generous spread. There were fresh oranges, apples, and bananas. There were a couple breakfast cereals to choose from, yogurts, toast, donuts, pastries, muffins, and English muffins. Of course there was a multitude of spreads from butter to jam too. I especially liked the pistachio muffins, cooked on site. There was also orange juice, milk, regular and decaf coffee (which was kept at the perfect temperature), and an assortment of teas, which is greatly appreciated. I'm sure I'm missing some items too, (I think I spied some waffles), but this is more than a run of the mill continental breakfast offered at some places. In the evening when the resort is very quiet. The rooms are far enough from the road you won't hear any noise, and I stayed in one of the rooms closest to the road too. Many of the rooms are quite far from the road. I heard nothing from any other rooms either, and both rooms next to me were occupied. Even the new air conditioning unit was very quiet for its size. There is also a decent sized TV with cable for entertainment. Another cool feature was my room had new LED lighting by each bed with an easy to reach switch, and the outlet below it had 2 USB ports for charging phones / tablets in addition to the standard household receptacle. Finally, I have to mention the people that run the resort. The front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient (shout out to Shekeria and Christine). Pat made the muffins and other breakfast items, and really put so much into making sure I had a good breakfast. I did not leave hungry. The general manager also was on site to answer questions or concerns, as well, and she seemed to have the place running like a swiss watch. Everything was flawless. The bottom line is that the Wells-Ogunquit Resort and Cottages offers a far superior experience than I ever expected, especially for the price. Unbeatable value. If you want a sparkling clean, quiet room with breakfast at an affordable price, look no further. I hope that the owners continue to show pride in their hotel, and continue this great service and value for many years to come.

Do you love the idea of carrot cake muffins? Then stop your search and book you a stay at this motel. I originally booked this room as a well..."I only need it for one night, what's the worse that can happen" kind of cheap room, and was blown away by the quality, the service, and the cute breakfast. Definitely would stay here again. It's a steal accommodation for the area.
