Richard's Seafood Restaurant

I've been coming to Maine yearly, sometimes multiple times a year for forty years, and sadly this was my first time at Richards Seafood.
Definitely not my last either!!
This place is amazing!!
The food was fresh and delicious, the servings were more than we expected, and the price is half of what you'll find down on rt one.
We're so happy that we decided to stop in.

I had the large fried seafood platter and--despite being one of the priciest items on the menu, I felt like I got a great deal! The large *really* was a large portion, a rarity in a world of "shrinkflation!" Delicious, perfectly cooked, and handed off by a wonderfully friendly associate! We ate outside at a picnic table beside a beautiful roaring man-made waterfall!

Came in the middle of the day, so place was empty. But that's good, got to sit anywhere, service was friendly, food was hot and good. Great stop.

A great place for a quiet, relaxing and tasty lunch. Popular but not mobbed with tourists. Immediate seating and lovely views from the sunroom looking out onto the woods and waterfall. The service was friendly, attentive & prompt. The lobster rolls were delicious and generous. Tasty homemade coconut cream pie with fresh brewed coffee completed a most enjoyable and reasonably priced meal. Definitely recommended.

A quiet setting away from the hustle of rt. 1. No frills eat in or take out to their picnic area by the pond. Full seafood menu of fresh fare. Chowders were loaded with lobster and seafood respectively. Scallops were fresh and not overcooked. Lobster roll was full. Onions rings were crispy and great. There was a bonus menu of homemade specials and desserts.An added treat was our waitress Tammy who made our experience fun and memorable. Will go again when in area.

It's the hidden gem of North Berwick and Wells. The #1 place for fresh seafood!! I went there on Friday and had the best waitress ever!! She was very attentive even though the place was packed!! The food... Don't even get me started, it was so mouth watering delicious. This is my new weekly dine in spot!! Hands down the best I ever had!!

Still our favorite eatery with the most delicious food, great service, gracious hospitality, ample servings. A couple of their above and beyond items, awarded the “Best Evah” are their Lobster Corn Chowder and their Baked Stuffed Haddock. Make sure to leave room for a slice of Richard’s Chocolate Cake.... a piece of heaven!

Finally found Richard's this year and stopped by for lunch. Great fresh seafood. My wife had lobster & corn chowder. It was the best lobster chowder I've ever had.

Prices are more than fair - much better than most in Ogunquit.
It's definitely a locals spot but they're very inviting. We'll be back.

Oh my God!!!! Best lunch ever of something not everyone likes, but my friend and I were delighted with our nicely cooked liver, potatoes, mashed squash and onions and bacon lunch !!! Usually hard to find lunch but now we know where to go. Loved it!!!!

We go here quite often and the food is always good. They usually have specials like pot roast and such, not what you would expect from a seafood restaurant but outstanding. We think that they have the best food in the area hands down..

Forget the local tourist traps with their small portions and huge prices!!!! So glad we finally found a

hidden gem.....And to think its OPEN YEAR ROUND!!!!! Wonderful seafood , super wait staff...

Just found out new favorite local seafood restaurant. Had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner. Our family of 5 were all highly satisfied with everything. The food, pricing and staff were all perfect. 🌹

Great food, friendly place. Had the lobster and corn. Chowder, MMMMmmmmm GOOD!
Then pot roast, absolutely delicious (almost like my mother's) 😘

Great home style restaurant, but unfortunately it is take out only at present due to labor shortage. I get food there often as it is 5 minutes from my house.

Every time we go, the food is delicious, the staff are always pleasant, prices are reasonable, and the eating area is clean.

Our fish was fresh and delicous. Our server was friendly. Food came to us quickly. Our bill was very reasonable.
