Burger King

Elmira BK was super busy tonight but I just have to say the staff did an excellent job ! Was moving cars through drive thru at a steady pace. When I got my food the order was correct and even hot and fresh. You guys at Elmira BK are all ROCKSTARS!!!!

Not much to say. Always quick, friendly, and for the most part clean.

The lady taking orders at 9 o clock was phenomal . Very friendly and easy to talk to

Can’t exactly say how the food is because I haven’t tasted it, but wanted to give a quick review on the service I just had. I did not catch the woman’s name I just dealt with in drive thru but she was fantastic! She was super sweet and just overall very kind and polite. She’s awesome!

Food was fresh, and hot! Unlike the other BK close by, we didn't have long to wait for our order and it was made properly! They were a great team getting both drive through orders and in store orders.

This isa place I frequent often because the service is always great and the staff members are always friendly and nice. They remember you and it makes you feel welcomed and wanted when you walk in the door and they say hello so and so would you like your usual. It makes me feel like I am someone special they remembered my name and my order. Will continue to go to this restaurant.

Ever since this burger king in Elmira remodeled the place and hired all new people it has been alot better. My husband and I never wanted to go to that horrible place again until we were in a hurry one day and got food after they hired new people. Our good was fresh and correct we will be going back now. Thank you for replacing everyone that worked there.

Went there through the line and from the person who waited on me at the drive thru to our order, everything was perfect. Meal was fresh and still so hot when I got it home! Keep doin your thing BK

Ya,all know what is BK

It's a good restaurant good employees. I like the sourdough chicken club grilled. If you get one though remember to ask for fresh. Otherwise the chickens too rubbery. Other than that it's a good place. For fast food anyway.

The drive thru is always hopping but they work that drive thru the fastest I have ever seen. There can be five cars in the drive thru and all I want is my daily frozen coke and any other drive thru I would be... "hell no forget it" because they are slow. BUT this drive thru I pull in and they hustle the five cars in front of me and before I know it I have my drink.

As far as I am concerned in the mcD v BK argument, BK is always going to win. Best food all around. Service can be a little slow but the counter help makes up for it with her over the top flirting. I always enjoy eating here and will continue to go the extra mile , literally, to eat there. Now if only they would put the counter help on the menu. Lol

Lake st BK is the BEST! Just ask them to use extra bags if you get more than two sandwiches - there burgers are so big you dont want them to get squashed. Really nice people. I recommend this store!

The food was good. They got everything right and it was quick. The employees were courteous and busy at work. Bravo burger king.

The service is good and the staff have stayed mostly the same for a long time, so food quality doesn't suffer as much as other fast food places do locally from time to time

Order wasn't ready but it was a family pack plus.So overall great service with a smile smelt so good!

Great service manager was helpful when I wanted to use a coupon chicken sandwich way better than McDonald's

This is my go to location- not in the best part of town, but the drive thru serves me well. Staff is friendly and they have yet to mess up my order!!

Cashier worked with us to accommodate lack of coupons...did wish they had put up a sign saying credit only

Quick. Chwap and good food. Could stand to be warmed up a bit more but their jalapaeno poppers are delicious.
