Kohl's

I started working at Kohl's roughly 3 weeks to a month ago, and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoy working there. It was overwhelming at first (I have GAD) but my coworkers made it so much easier. They explained everything well and gave me encouraging words to help me feel more comfortable. They're amazing teachers and are always there to help me or anyone else when needed. Customers included. I get excited to work and it feels relaxing. I always am up to picking up more hours, partly because I love money lol.
Besides the employees being great, the customers are usually so respectful, peaceful and patient. I love talking to them about new pets (especially their cats) new babies, and just whatever they'd like to share. I have very rarely came across a rude customer, but I am also new.
And lastly, the store may be pricey but it also carries quality and great deals with savings. I have seen people save over $300 with my own eyes! It's truly amazing. I've shopped there before and have been pleased with every purchase. I would say sign up for those rewards to earn Kohl's cash and save you some $!
I just wanted to leave this review because I always come home feeling happy, relaxed and pleased with my days of work. I would very much recommend Kohl's. Thank you so much to my coworkers and mangers for explaining everything, making our jobs easier, and hiring me of course. Thank you to the customers for their patience and respectful attitudes. I'm just sad it's only seasonal!

I'm rating this store 5 stars because of the fact that you can return your Amazon products here. Store is nice when I walk through, but I love being able to return items, even without a box, to this store.

One of my favorite stores, wide variety of items, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This store is always so neat and clean. Nicely lit. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is easy to get around in and find what you are looking for.

The customer service here is absolutely insane. I was treated like royalty by the attentive, excellent, helpful & friendly employees.

Great friendly customer service. Clean store. Great selection. Some prices a little high, but I got a 25% off coupon just for doing an Amazon Return, so that was cool. A lot of brand name items on clearance, so you can save a lot there.

I love to shop here. They have great sales, and you can get kohl's cash to spend ,and on top of that, you can get coupons off of towards your total.

Handy for Amazon drop off returns and you get a 15% off coupon. Sales people are super helpful and friendly.

While my wife enjoys Sephora, I am delighted that I can return Amazon products here. It is simple, fast, and convenient!

The Customer Service is excellent, so are the sales.

Being one who really dislikes shopping, I actually shopped almost 2 hrs here today. Went with a friend who wanted to get me couple outfits due to weight gain... I got 3 outfits plus pair of jeans and she got 4 items. With her discounts. She only paid $140 and the savings was just over $250! I was truly impressed- will soon be getting myself a Kohl's card... Thanx for the fun, stress-free shopping experience...

I was actually shopping for a friend with specific requirements. Kristen was an outstanding associate, helping me find the perfect dress, wrap & shoes. She was patient and never made me feel like I was taking up her time unnecessarily. Friendly, helpful and knew exactly where to look for everything. Checkout was a breeze. Can't wait to go back & shop for myself now!!

Shopped the start of their Black Friday sale on Sunday November 22.
Got an amazing deal on the Google Nest Hub Smart Screen, regularly $90 dollars was on sale for $50 with another $15 off in Kohl's cash... When checking out for some reason wasn't getting credited for the Kohl's cash, so the cashier tried everything she knew to rectify the problem but couldn't so she called a manager. The manager knew exactly how to correct the issue... The cashier and manager totally made this situation bearable and went above and beyond to make sure I was credited before the transaction was completed... Definitely a shout out to the customer service here !

I love this place so much i could easily spend $1,000.00 in there. Great place for Black Friday sales and sales any other day. They're big on customer service, they're always polite to me i even worked there seasonally before.

Standard Kohl's, never had a bad experience. Lots of clothes, women's underthings, some shoes and housewares. Lots of parking. Not everything is a deal but overall quality of items is quite good. Holiday sales can be amazing. Only constructive criticism I can make is clearance items could be organized way better.

This is my favorite department store. The store is very well kept with a large selection but doesn't look like a rummage sale. I do have the same complaint though about all department stores. Please value your cash customers as much as you do those with credit cards. Not everyone thinks it's good fiscal policy to pay with credit.

Always great. But FYI if you order the “Try before you buy.” Should you choose not to purchase this item Kohl’s can’t take those returns.

Kohl's was GREAT & FUN!! My Mom, My Sister & I were here doing some shopping, and I had a $50 dollar Giftcard to Kohl's to use. We all left very happy and very satisfied and happy campers!!
