Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Our sales woman was very helpful and did not pressure us for anything. She answered all our questions, helped us with comparable attributes and pricing, but quietly let us decide for ourselves. A family member asked where we went and we recommended Raymour & Flanigan so they went up the next day and purchased from the same sales woman. Now we just have to pick up my new recliner (our choice) to see it's durability and comfort.

My wife and I just bought our first furniture from a big furniture store. We worked with Patty as our sales rep and she was great! Not pushy, kinda hung in the back as my wife and I looked around and answered any questions we had. The manager on that night was also great to work with (can't remember his name, but we were talking about cars). Delivery was quick and easy and the guys were professional and made sure we were 100% happy before they left.

Employee was excellent. Best salesman i have ever met, introduced herself let us know if needed she would be near. But didnt stalk and harrass us trying to convince us to buy nonsense we didnt want. Did her job perfectly

Jeff welcomed us as we entered the store and quickly directed us to the area where we could find what we were looking for. He was attentive and helpful throughout our visit and was available to answer any questions we had after we left the store. Can't wait to try out my new Flexsteel recliner at home!

Patty was extremely helpful. She was attentive yet not overbearing. After trying out the first sofa she showed us, she allowed us to walk the store, we did but we agreed the first sofa was the one. I will go back and ask for her immediately. Thank you, Patty we enjoyed our visit and purchase!

Salesman was super friendly, worked with us to get exactly what we all wanted! Would highly recommend! Delivery is cheap and scheduling the delivery is easy!

Raymour and Flanigan is the only store I shop. Lou Smith is a top notch sales person. He's very honest and trustworthy. His knowledge of the product and expertise are the greatest. Their delivery guys are very respectful and kind to us older people. I'd give Lou Smith and Raymour & Flanigan a Rating of 10 if I could!

Good place to get furniture, costs more than online. But you can see what you want on person, with helpful staff, and easy delivery and set up.

Went to Raymond and Flanagan’s in Horseheads NY in search of a new King size Mattress. We were met at the door by a young salesman by the name of Zeph. After a tour by Zeph of all the mattress options in the Store…we selected the King size Airloom Capella Plush.
Yesterday the mattress arrived on time and was put in place by two really great delivery guys. Wow….First night sleep was like sleeping on a cloud….best night sleep in years.
Love this mattress and strongly recommend it to others. Also bought two new Purple pillows. Love them.
I really appreciate all the folks at Raymour and Flanagan….especially Zeph B. Looking forward to going back in a few months to look a pair of living room chairs. Hope to find Zeph again. Great guy!!
