I’ve had several 6 month check ups and little worries done at this Dentist ! They are fantastic ! The staff is extremely patient and courteous with everyone! The doctor was very detailed and explained to make sure I knew what was going on and they are always courteous and understanding visits, they make sure you know exactly what you need to know and go above and beyond ! Go to them every time ! Wouldn’t pick another office if you paid me to!
They even have free cookies when I visit as well! It’s fantastic !
The receptionist Patty is very polite ! And definitely makes sure you’re 100% informed and have full understanding of what they did and have to be done!
Maria one of the other dental assistants is extremely polite and very courteous during all my visits !
The doctor makes sure I am always 100% taken care of ! I recommend to every family! Amazing staff!

I fractured my tooth on a Friday evening, in a lot of discomfort. I called Dr.Siegel who returned my call. He was very supportive and recommended treatment alternatives until I was able to see an oral surgeon for an extraction. He followed up the next day and referred me to a surgeon. I am so appreciative to the doctor for his professionalism and empathy. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Siegel.

I took my 6 & 9 year old there for the first time for cleanings, they are very friendly and Dr. Siegel is very thorough. I was a little hesitant to take them there because of other reviews I read on here but I’m glad we did and we will continue to go there!

Absolutely knows nothing about customer service. Once they get paid they don’t want to hear anything about anything. Be careful when dealing with these grifters especially Patty.

3 months after signing on with Dr. Siegel, my wife broke off the side of a tooth making it very sensitive. Upon calling for an emergency appointment we were told that the Dr. is all by himself and that the earliest she could be seen was 45 days later. I give them (1 ) stars for answering the phone... We moved on.

Went in for my sons 6 month check up, so they do x-rays everything going fine he cleans my sons teeth and sends us on our way. I was a little confused because my son has a little crack on his upper tooth and he never even mentions it. I I said ok let me make a follow up appointment maybe get it fixed then so I told the receptionist to make sure he know what I will be coming in for. He said he never even saw anything wrong,his assistant even told him she saw it. My son said he was picking at it and may I add killed my sons gums in the process my son was bleeding. So he did absolutely nothing just claimed he saw nothing wrong. I just asked for my sons x-rays and left. How can a dentist see nothing wrong just horrible would never recommend wouldn’t even gone 1star

Let me start by stating that the receptionist Patty is AWESOME! The D.D.S., not so much. His bedside manner is a bit off. I went in for a simple cleaning, as I do not have problem teeth at all so I didn't need any extensive work. While he was cleaning he nicked my gum. The pain from that nick hurt a little so I turned my head away until the pain subsided and I felt my gum to see if it was bleeding, which it was. Instead of an ”i’m sorry”; he responded ”it’s not like it won't stop bleeding”...really...how about, I’m sorry if that was a little uncomfortable. He then proceeded to apply the toothpaste for the final rinse very heavy handed to my teeth. There was nothing warm and fuzzy about this establishment other than Patty.

Such a weird experience...... I initially was going to another dentist, they stopped taking my insurance so I had to transfer to another one, I already had my X-rays and treatment plan. I called Dr.Siegel's office and the receptionist said no problem, I made an appointment for September (earliest available), Patty (receptionist) called and said she had an opening on Monday (two months earlier), I immediately took it, walked in and filled out my paperwork. I was brought back to a room, dentist walks in and says I'm sorry I cannot do what you need. I was super confused, I asked why not, his reply was, "I am selective about what I do and you just have to call another general dentist." HUH?! I needed a cap, thats all I needed. I asked him, "do you do caps? and he said "yes, I'm just selective"....it got weirder... I walked out after literally a minute and a half and Patty asked what happened, I explained to her what happened and how weird it was and she said, "yea he's selective" what?! then she said she needed to see if he was going to charge me, I almost laughed in her face ,I asked "for what?!" and she ran in the back and said he said no charge. LOL What a funny experience, you can't make this stuff up, this guy and his whole practice are WEIRDO WACK JOBS, needless to say I ran out of there, thank god I didn't wait two months for that, I probably would have lost it on them....

Reply*** Oh please, it was a crown, you had the X-rays, you knew exactly what I was getting done, there was nothing extensive about it, replying to an honest review with exaggerations to make your practice look good won't save you from being weird today.

My son went in for a routine cap on a cracked tooth, after multiple shots not given correctly he was not numb enough to drill on, so the dentist called it quits and told my son he had failed and that my son would have to find a new dentist????? I have never in all the years and states that our military life has taken to heard of this kinda of unprofessional behavior.
To add insult to injury this was pre-approved by insurance that just ended as he is changing jobs.....so now he must find new dentist and pay out of pocket. NO STARS AWARDED FOR THIS REVIEW HAD TO MARK ONE TO POST!
