I was looking for a new vet and my friend said she has been using this vet for 15 years and is very happy.

I called them and they were very professional and answered all my questions on pricing and even offered an appointment the same day!

Everyone that I interacted with from the reception staff to the nurses and the vet were all smiling, patient and I could tell they were all there by choice and definitely were genuine and sincere in their care for the animals and their parents.

I found the costs charged fair and lower than others I have called.

Overall I would highly recommend this practice to anyone with a cat or dog.

I recently moved back to Kalamazoo and desperately needed to get my cat into the vet when she was feeling sick. I was so impressed that Pet Vet was able to get her in for an appointment same day on a Friday when I was calling at 12pm. Everyone in the clinic was so compassionate and kind, and Dr. Gonzalez was super knowledgeable about the issues my cat was having. The total at the end of the visit was also much less than I was expecting to spend! Thank you Pet Vet!

Had to find a place to get our 15 year old lab into quickly to find out what was going on with her. They got us in same day and were very compassionate and helpful. Every person we encountered there was amazing.

We are relatively new patients at Pet Vet and could not be happier with our experiences here. Every person there is so professional and so kind. Every attention to detail is considered with you and your pet. We are so appreciative of the thoughtful care that they provide.

Our little kitten gets feisty but the staff could not have handled our cat better than it did. The doctor seemed very professional, while the vet tech answered all of our concerns as new cat parents and gave us some tips and guidance.
It seems this place's services get a little pricey, but I would take out this few extra bucks to give my kitten the treatment she deserves.

Dr. Gonzalez was amazing, patient, respectful of my financial concerns and went above and beyond to bond and care for my big guy. The nice thing is they care for the pet AND the person. I wasn't "upsold" on goods or services like MANY vet clinics do. People avoid the vet when they can't afford the vet. That's why we left the Mattawan vet. I was empowered as an advocate for my dog and given CHOICES -this is powerful stuff. I inquired and was given estimates for dental cleanings on my dogs, and because cost was a concern, they let me know there are specials offered in Jan/Feb on dental, turned me on to Pumpkin insurance and I can't say enough good things. Wish people's own drs and managed care was this good!. Thank you! And they got us in quick! Taking new patients! Amazing, whatever you thought or experienced with Pet Vet in the past is much improved now!

Quite literally some of the most genuinely compassionate people on the planet all in one building. We had to put our sweet boy, Arlo, down. My husband and I have never had to go through that so we were obviously a mess. They took such care with Arlo and with us! They even sent a sympathy card signed by all the staff and it had both of us in tears. We will choose Pet Vet every time!

I was caring for my mother’s medically complex pet while she was away on vacation and he needed to be seen by the vet . His vet went above and beyond for him . I called with concerns and they were able to get him in for an appointment the very same day. There were some hiccups with the medical device he needed and the receptionist Kory went above and beyond to make it right. Dr. Cole and all the other staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I were impressed and are debating switching our own pets to this vet . Thank you Pet Vet for taking great care of my mother’s dog !

Even though the staff was very busy, they came out to help me and updated on when I would see the doctor. They were apologetic about the wait, to which I had no problem. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They quickly vaccinated Libby once I was in the room and the price was less than I expected. Very satisfied!

As a pet owner trying to establish a full service pet vet I found the first appointment to be a very good experience. The receptionist was patient and answered all questions. Sierra ( any spelling error I apologize for) was thorough and sweet and Dr G was also very thorough and kind to my lovely little girl. Thank you 😊

Compassionate, knowledgeable, & helpful vet clinic! The secretaries, vet techs, and vets are all wonderful to work with. If an emergency arises they help promptly. They’re up to date on current research and upcoming treatment options. They build wonderful relationships with our pets and help in giving them a good quality of life. So grateful to go here!

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Their website lets clients schedule appointments online and I was able to get my dog in for an appointment when I needed when she was sick.

Fairly priced staff are friendly and they are very good at treating your animal and keeping them comfortable in the process i was very happy with the help they provided for my dog and very indepth with explaining things to do and what is going on with your pet

Amazing staff, super clean facility, everyone is so nice and caring, I didn't wait long to be seen. My cat was helped and is doing great when the previous place made it seem like she wasn't gonna make it. I would highly recommend Pet Vet they will forever be the only place I trust with my pets! They have a payment plan too which is so helpful and amazing!

Dr Cole is one of the best vets I've ever found. He explains everything in depth in terms that are understandable. He takes time to answer all questions you may have and is very compassionate towards all pets. He's seen my dog since he's been a pup. I cannot recommend him enough.

Staff member is really friendly and the place is very clean and well maintained. I used several pet boarding places in the past, but I think my dog seems really liked to stay there while I am out of town and I could trust them without worrying. They took care of my dog really good! Unfortunately, he passed away last month and he won't be able to back there again, but I will use them again when I have a new dog in the future. I also would recommend to people who has a dog or cat needs the pet boarding.

Seems to be getting back to it's old self, so to speak. We've been coming here for 6 1/2 years and loved it. Last Autumn I swore that was the last time I'd take my dog or my wallet here. But I needed to get in somewhere quickly this week. They got me in ASAP and the atmosphere is much better! Thank you to the receptionists, Vayda and Dr. Lawrence!

Exceptionally caring staff. They take extra steps to reduce your pets’ anxieties and offer the full range of treatment options as appropriate. All in all, the best clinic I have experienced in this area.

Dr. Cole and his staff took very good care of my cat when she developed a cough. From the receptionist, to the vet, tech, and the doctor I felt professionalism, kindness and love for my sick cat and myself. I highly recommend their service. Plus they had appointments available the next day and not three weeks away like other places I called.
