Seagull Resort and Condominiums

We absolutely love staying at the Seagull when we are in Wells. It’s clean, comfortable and convenient to all of the beaches and fun in the area. We stay every year and look forward to our return every time.

This was our third visit to Seagull...once in a Vintage, twice in a Contemporary. Just a few minor issues...Difficult to cool down the entire cottage with only one window AC unit...ceiling fans helped though. Unit had three Roku TVs...only one Roku remote...Again, inconvenient, yet not that big of a deal. Unit was impeccably clean, well furnished, nice extras! Would be nice to add a playground for kids!

The Seagull Resort is a hidden gem! We have been vacationing here for nearly a decade. The contemporary cottages are perfect for a single family and the townhouses are large enough for multiple families. Everything is spread out nicely to offer privacy. There are two pools that are easily accessible, a hot tub and a children's pool. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the team is pleasant, attentive and helpful. We have had very few small problems (missing lightbulbs, extra sheets needed etc) that were all fixed within an hour. It is a short drive to the beach and other hot spots so location is great!! Cory is the property manager and he’s involved, accommodating and focused on details. We are already planning our trip for next year!!

My wife and I have vacationed in Maine for over 45 years. We have stayed at the Seagull Resort for about 7 times and have always enjoyed our weekly stays. Vacationing in Maine has been a God Sent for us. Love the people the seafood and the Seagull is in a great location near beaches and lots to do with grandchildren as well.

Wonderful accommodations - romantic getaway and very private. Lovely staff and the area nearby is chock full of restaurants and shops - if that is your inclination! Too cold to hit the beach but kids were in the pool (one of two) on premise. Sunny but a cool weekend

Visited friends who have a condo there; beautiful condo and really nice location.

A refreshing outdoor pool and a sparkling hot tub make staying here a wonderful experience. Gazing at the stars from the hot tub at night marks the end of a perfect day.

Took my family for a short New Years getaway ..very satisfied with the place I was given..super clean and neighborhood was amazing definitely booking again soon

I looked at one of the cottages and it was absolutely adorable. Wish I had the money because I would have bought it right then and there.

Enjoyed it but can the place offer a night when the jacuzzi is open. Wasnt open when we drove 2 hrs just for the jacuzzi...

The townhouse was absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed, would definitely come again
