It's a nice facility. Looks like a lot of professional knowledge is employed there to promote lifelong health.

I love this new facility. Not only is the equipment state of the art, it is very clean and well maintained. There are a variety of classes offered for every skill level. The app used to sign up for classes is easy to navigate and manage. My children love going to the jungle club as well. So glad to have this beautiful wellness center so close to home!

Wonderful, amd such friendly staff greet you with a smile when you come in, assist with anything you need help with either using a machine or any other questions you need., they're quick to help when you need it.

Really nice facility. I love to go swim, while the wife works out or runs. We love having the family membership, so we can get our boys involved, too. Super friendly staff, too! We can't wait until all of the outdoor stuff is finished.

I never wait long. Ever. They never rush me through. Considerate. Respectful. Empathetic. They respond quickly to phone and online refill requests. They're pretty good sending your referral in for you too.

They were exemplary, during the pandemic. They divided the office -- kept healthy space, for non-covid patients.

Anxious visitor, you are safe here. You'll never have to touch a door. They're all wave-triggered!

(Oh and the sofas have outlets w/which to charge your devices. Bring one if you're low)

Update: Dr. Bagley is the best GP I've ever had.

I walked in for my scheduled family doctor visit. Check in was excellent and so was my visit with the nurse practitioner. I then went directly over to my radiology visit. Thank you to the scheduling staff for getting both of my visits back to back. I really appreciate the fact that I canceled my first visits due to a transportation problem and the staff got me rescheduled for the same day the following week again with the back to back radiology visit. I feel the staff went above and beyond to be considerate and helpful to me. Thank you so much Dr. Bagelys' staff and Beverly in Radiology.

Love all of the options that you can find at the Hancock Wellness centers. Group class and small group classes are my favorites. Plus this is the best pool for the kids during the winter!

Got to classes regularly and am very happy with them and the facility.

love it! it's a great place to work out with the whole family! Game Ready is awesome for those who are new to working out and those who are old hats at it. the facilities are always clean and well kept, and there's plenty to do. The staff...where to begin? They are ALL wonderful, friendly, and professional. It's worth every penny, and it's a savings to boot! So glad my family has our membership there!

Love this gym. Always clean, great classes and staff. Basketball courts. Just can't say enough about this gym. Walking track is one my favorites to just get the blood flowing or cool down.

It's like a modern day YMCA with Healthcare offices

I've been a member of F3 since we've moved to the area (1.5 years) and would highly recommend the gym because of the staff, the variety of equipment and the general atmosphere. The staff has always been more than kind and it's nice when they recognize you when you come in. The variety of equipment (and workout options) is incredible! We originally joined the gym because of the racquetball courts and the variety of aerobics classes they offered, little did I know how much I'd enjoy the equipment, the circuits, the tennis courts, and the multitude of activities that are offered by the gym. The atmosphere at the gym is very encouraging for any athlete (new, old, young, slow, etc...). There is a great family vibe and kids activities look more cool than some of the adult areas. With the help of group training, group classes, the trainers, and the variety of opportunities I've been able to lose 70 pounds in the past year. Not only have I gained my health back, I've also created some great friendships along the way. Amazing results for every facet in my book!

Beautiful new facility. Went with my sis for her physical therapy and they gave me a day pass. It was wonderful. Large swimming pool, lap pool, therapy pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna ! Enjoyed myself thoroughly ☺😁

The staff are awesome, helpful and supportive. They will help you tailor a program just for you. I highly recommend. They also have things for the whole family.
