The representative who helped me through my quote and purchase process was Lauren Harrell and she was everything I could’ve asked for in a rep. She was very personable, professional, and helpful in pairing me with insurance that was a good fit for me. She took extra time walking me through the process, and explaining answers to my questions in great detail (even the silly ones). I heard about this branch of State Farm from a recommendation from a friend, and am really happy that I followed up with it. Let me be that friend for you, GO TO THIS INSURANCE AGENCY. The staff at Tom Jacobs State Farm helped along the way with complicated auto collision. Without them, this would have been much more difficult to figure out. Great rates and awesome service…what more could you ask for in an insurance agency?
