I have always really liked this location, but today the staff here went so above in beyond. After spilling my entire drink, they so graciously cleaned it up insisting I couldn’t help and remade my drink before I could even order a replacement as I planned. Thank you to everyone at this location for your kindness!

Great location that is well managed with employees who care, well staffed and facility maintained. I personally like the hot matcha and the ice cold green tea but your preference may vary. Banana, walnut and pecan loaf is good as well. Outside grounds and drive thru are absolutely spotless and attention to detail is on point. Enjoy, Big Blue out.

Today Sam was there so my drink was spot on🥰 it's kinda hard but I used to go every day until the double price increase awhile back. Not having that. Good once in a while now🙂

It's busy for a reason. The drinks are on point, the service is friendly, and the line keeps chugging along. Definitely worth stopping by.

This was my first time at this location and I loved it. The employees were attentive and gracious. The Peppermint Mocha was delicious and brought me a month ahead to what will be a wonderful holiday season. It will be my new go to for now on.

They are always fast, friendly, and get my order correct. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area and I go out of my way to visit this particular location. Highly recommend!

Went to the Starbucks in Fraser & there was a bit of a wait. I have a special needs child who isn't good with waiting lol, but the girl was so sweet! She even gave me a gift card for my next visit because I think she knew my son was having a rough time sitting on the car lol. I got my usual, venti iced decaf cinnamon dolce w/ almond milk. Mmmmmm!!! I actually get 2! 1 to drink immediately, and 1 to put in the freezer for the next day! I love this location! They always are very pleasant and helpful!

Love this store!!! Everytime I go the staff is super friendly even when it's crazy busy the line moves along pretty good. If you're going during rush hour make sure to leave enough time or blame yourself not them. LOL. The last person who waited on me was Nicho his great personality really pepped up my day maybe more so than the coffee . Highly recommend

Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Though I wasn't a huge fan of my drink- I blame myself for not asking more questions before ordering.... clean store. Fast service. Can't complain. Thanks for making me breakfast!

Leila is a great employee and did an absolutely immaculate job on the phone. She answered my question without me even having to say a word. Having a psychic on your staff really helps with customer satisfaction!

I went to this Starbucks for the first time the other day when the Starbucks near me didn't have the drinks that I wanted in stock so I decided to check this location out plus it's right near Meijer where my old boss transferred to so two birds with one stone kind of thing. Check out new Starbucks to me and see an old friend. The only downside was Google maps does not know how to give directions to where you guys are located. Embarrassing to admit but I had to turn around and do idk how many u-turns (probably 3-4) before I finally figured out where it was. But after my round about treck, I was pleased with my drink and the workers were very nice. I would definitely come back to that location for the hospitality and the tastiness of the drink. I'm hoping since I'm a Google local guide I can somehow get them to edit the directions on how to get to your location so no one else has to deal with what I dealt with that day. Smallest world problem ever just annoying LOL.

I mean it's starbucks so it's amazing, but the staff at this location is the BEST!

I gotta say, their birthday cake cakepops are very delicious. As are the fraps. They are very attention oriented workers, and super polite. Top notch Starbucks location right here.

Love me some starbucks! Yes it's expensive but it's because they pair coffee bean farmers fair price. As well as being a earth friendly company.

Overall a good Starbucks I haven’t been to a bad Starbucks yet though
They know what they’re doing they do it quick
The only real thing I have to say is they will not throw your garbage away so if they mess up they can’t throw it away
Would not recommend throw the cup in the bush because you’re mad
