Worked with them a few times. Generally very good until our rate doubled in a year (no claims). When we called and asked they didn't seem to realize there was such a change and was somewhat reluctant to check for a better rate with another company. Would love to have kept our biz there but the premium increase was WAY too big and limited support was surprising
