I have been seeing Dr. Thomas Dunne pretty much my whole life and have experienced top notch care every time! Doctor and office staff are very helpful, kind, caring and considerate

Dr. Lapen is Gold. He listens, he's informative, he really follows what's best for you. I've seen him bat for me with insurance coverage as well.

It takes a while to get in, but that's because he's the best. I learned that if you call you might get an appointment cancelation. We need more Dr.s like him.

Dr. Fabi saved my life. He is so awesome, has a great bedside manner. Also, all the nurses and surgery team were great. I have also seen Dr. Halladay who is just as great. I now need therapy and am going to do it at Bronson hospital as well. I live about 50 miles away, however it is worth making the drive. Thank you Bronson Neuroscience Center for my life. I am grateful and excited to start my therapy.

I requested a referral to the Bronson Neuroscience Center after I had a poor experience at another local pain clinic. Dr. Lapen was patient and showed desire to help treat my chronic pain.

Very rude receptionist wouldn't even let me talk. I have paperwork saying I need to be seen as soon as possible by them. Instead of me explaining myself she constantly talks over you. Then goes to tell me it's going to be 15-20 days before I am seen to go to e.r. The ER is who sent me to them been there 2 timess already was told I have a cavernoma and is causing migraines and dizziness. What does one have to do to be seen by doctor at Bronson neuroscience. This is completely not exceptional

Even though I have been diagnosed with PNES (Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizures) I also as well have other symptoms that have been highly ignored and have went to the hospital for my seizures was told to go see my neurologist and he refused to have a follow up with me because he wanted to see how cognitive therapy went, even though I have been in counseling for a while. I do not recommend siwoski, some staff was awesome though.. If you don't want to be Medically Gaslit. Then don't see this doctor.

My symptoms, care, pain management, and finding out what is wrong with me medically is not an interest of Dr. Dunn. He is a pill pusher without actual knowledge of a proper diagnosis. I have a brain lesion that has grown 50%+ in size in a year. After this knowledge he ordered zero tests and showed zero interest in the cause, along with the issues I was still having, and told me the Neurosurgeon would from then on be responsible for my care. The neurosurgeon then told me it was the responsibility of the neurologist. I ended up in the emergency room in pain, and was forced to have a follow up with Dr. Dunn. He was condescending, rude, and spoke to me as if I was a belligerent child. I've went back and forth with this office over prescriptions that weren't being handled correctly, and instead of helping me, they are now denying me any sort of pain management, which is a violation of patient rights. And to be clear, I have never asked for narcotics. The apathy from Dr. Dunne and his nurse Rachelle is disgusting, and honestly horrifying.

Scheduling here is not good! I was scheduled for a follow up appointment on a specific date but was declined that date because of my physical therapy appointments referred to by the NP would go past that date. Physical therapy from PT 1 were booked also my work schedule wouldn't allow me to come in earlier. I bent my schedule to accommodate finishing therapy before the follow up appointment and a member in scheduling still refused to put me on the original schedule. I was told contact them after done with my last physical therapy instead.
The understanding I have with certain staff at this establishment is a strong lack of effort. Though medical staff me be cut and management may be having it hard by lack of efforts can cause more problems for themselves and others. I also contacted days ago for another x ray that needed to be referred to but have not heard back from yet. I have also tried to get FMLA going and no contact from this place after a week being out of work.

I called my insurance company and asked if I needed a referral to see a neurologist. They said no. I called to schedule an appointment and Bronson Neuroscience told me I needed a referral. So, I went and got a referral from my primary care doctor. Now, they're asking for out of state records for an MRI that I never took. I saw a neurologist down there and that doctor wanted an MRI. I never did the MRI. So, I keep going back and forth with Bronson Neurologists office from them wanting something that doesn't exist. It's extremely frustrating to know that I have a referral in hand, have symptoms I need help with, have a slew of tests available to view that I took at Bronson - they have everything they need to schedule me an appointment but they won't do it. I've got the referral from my PC. That should be all I need to get an appointment. I have a tremor and gait issues, limbs that fall asleep, and worsening vision. I've tested everything except for my brain and they can SEE that in their system but won't do a thing to help me get in front of a doctor. It's legallt, morally, and ethically wrong and I'm looking into talking with a lawyer. All I've been trying to do for months is get an appointment!

My husband has a referral and has been waiting over a month. We have called and they said he's in the line up. Seriously? What is this karaoke? If we had better insurance we would be seeing a different doctor and getting a referral elsewhere.

This practice has no real concern for its patients. They won't work to mitigate your pain, because it's not their concern or priority. I had better care from my primary doctor in one visit than 9 months of seeing a "specialist" in back pain at Bronson Neuroscience. The surgeon I saw because of the unattended back pain ordered an extremely painful test and offered no concern that I would be in uncontrollable pain and sick from the procedure and offered nothing but an ultimatum. No test, no surgery, even when I asked for some way to limit the time disabled from sickness and pain, there was absolutely no consession or concern. I'm sad for the time wasted with this office for no help. My advice is to find another neurosurgery practice. One that cares about their patients.
