Elmwood Resort Hotel

We stayed in room 151 and it was beautiful and spacious. The upgrades were wonderful and it was genuinely quiet. The inside pool was nice. The people at the front desk were so friendly.

Elmwood is a great resort, super convenient location, 1 mile to everything you need. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean, nicely decorated, and pretty up to date. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and have everything you need. We had plenty of towels and linens for the pool and shower. The housekeeping was not done during our visit (off season) but we're available for anything you could need. We were glad not to have unneeded housekeeping so it was nice for us. They have a great online system to request more of anything you need and they drop it off to your door.
The indoor pool was clean and well maintained. Perfectly heated and comfortable for swimming on those cold days.
Location is about 10 minutes to Kennebunkport, 5 minutes or less to a grocery store, Dunkin across the street and Aroma Joe's about 5 minutes away.
Overall, I highly recommend a stay here. I will be back for the regular season.

Great deal. Apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was quite stocked so ideal for longer stays. We will definetelly come back

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Elmwood Hotel in Maine. The beds were comfortable, the room was absolutely stunning and the kitchen came with a bunch of appliances that I wouldn't see in another hotel.
The bathrooms were fresh in stocked, came with their own soap and provided towels and washcloths for you. I loved how my suite had an upstairs bathroom, I really appreciated that...
I also liked on how the hotel came with grills as-well. As if I wanted to grill or something. I loved the location and how you can walk to the beach if you wanted to..
The condo is very sturdy and nothing was uneven or loose. When I walked into the condo I was very surprised on how it looked. Nice recliner couch, nice beds, nice everything. As I walked inside the bathroom I saw how fancy it was inside the bathroom.
10/10 stay. I loved it.

Great property and excellent rooms. The 2 floor design of the 2 bedroom was very cool and added space to a small footprint. The only complaint is the beds and pillows. They were dreadful.

Awesome place to bring the whole family on vacation. Plenty of room and a nice salt water pool, can’t wait to go back.

This place is beautiful! The rooms were great, and the location is perfect. Just to point out, each room is decorated differently, and Housekeeping only cleans your room before and after your stay and will not come in during your stay. The rooms are like a little home near the beach. Interesting that this place still has actual metal keys to open the door. The pool was warm, and they also have a laundry mat here. They give you plenty of towels in the rooms and extra linen in the closet if so needed.

We loved our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Clean kitchen all the dishware and kitchen utincilles we needed. Quiet location with a lovely park area with kids activities and outdoor movies. Two swimming pools and an area for families to visit outdoors.

Great Indoor Pool with late hours. Nice rooms with privacy features( we rented a 2 floor 2 bedroom townhouse, 1 room on each floor) and a private porch area to sit outdoors. The front desk girl; Lena was Extremely sweet and very knowledgeable as well! Will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here last weekend. We had 11 adults, 2 children and 2 infants spread out over 3 suites. EVERYONE was so nice, from the Front Desk checkin to the cleaning staff and maintenance. The rooms were spacious and clean. We used the indoor and outdoor pools. Plus we sat at the fire pit table all 3 evenings. Not sure if everyone is as lucky as we were, but the other guests were extremely friendly and welcoming too. We plan to be repeat customers. Thank you for hosting us.

Loved loved it. The place was great, clean, and so kid friendly. The pool was awesome both outside and inside, the outside pool is heated. It is in a amazing location with the best restaurants and beach about 5 minutes away. There is a brewery, coffee shop, ice cream, and mini golf all 3 to 4 mins away. This will be a new staple spot for are family

We loved it there. There are 2 pools and a playground and they play movies outside every night on a big projector and live entertainment there is plenty to do right there kids loved it and we will be going back next yr. For are vacation and the beaches are less than 5 min. Away great time and a great resort

Have stayed here about 6 times . Excellent. Clean and spacious and great value and amenities. However, encountered a lot of noise in the unit above which we were staying during our last visit. When we read the guest book this seems to be a recurring issue since two other guests noted the same issues. Evidently some young children are constantly running around endlessly and making noise that is very disturbing. I think management should look into this issue.

We've stayed here 3 times in the winter with our gymnastics team and have never been disappointed. We rent the rooms with 2 bedrooms which is very spacious and has 2 floors. The decor is very tastefully designed. The rooms have always been very clean and everything is in full working order. The indoor pool is a great place for all the kids to hang out. I took advantage of the free pass to the health club down the road. We are always excited to stay at the Elmwood Resort.

Really nice place. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and the bed was new and awesome. Staff was universally friendly, the kids loved the pools and we had fun at the music night. We only stayed a couple nights but could see it as a great home base for a full week in the area. Very close to Laudholm Farms and the Rachel Carson nature preserves.

My husband and I go every year on Valentines Day for the weekend get away package, if it’s the weekend otherwise we book closest to that time. We’ve fed. Going got over 21 years now. This place has the best accommodations in the area with the best deals. The rooms are always nice and they’re super clean. The 2 bedroom is great for a family because the 2nd bedroom is upstairs for the loud kids!! Staff is great, the inside pool is nice, we’ve never bed. There when the outside pool is open. I’m going there this Thursday for 3 nights and I can’t wait!!!

Great location for families. Our room had a bedroom upstairs and one down, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a small kitchen with diswasher, a small eating area and living room. There are two pools both heated one indoor one outdoor. The guest and staff are very friendly. Movie night outside each night weather permitting. I'll be staying again.

There are so many reasons why the Elmwood Resort earns 5 stars. For one, the staff is extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. The rooms are spotless, as a clean freak I am incredibly impressed. The rooms are homey, which is especially nice with children. We were not able to see all of the facilities due to COVID, but the outdoor pool is clean and refreshing. The resort is a close drive to multiple beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. We are so happy that we stumbled upon the Elmwood Resort.
