Nautical Mile Resort

Nice property! We stayed there at the end of tourist season so it's a lot more quiet which I liked. All the staff we met were really kind. It really is a beautiful place to stay. The town itself was super cute!

Great service accompanied by a beautiful room. Both me and my girlfriend stayed at Nautical Mile for a small weekend get away and couldn't have been more pleased. All of the workers who I spoke with were kind and well mannered. Even the off site gym was a lovely experience. Would travel here again!

Nautical Mile Resort is my favorite place to stay in Southern Maine. It is so clean, friendly, accommodating, quiet, we absolutely love staying there. The rooms are not really rooms, they are tiny apartments, complete with small kitchen/living rooms that sparkle they are so clean, and are completely outfitted with every appliance you will need. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are very clean and have a full bath. We have stayed there three times and been happy every time. The Nautical Mile Resort sits far enough back from the road that you never hear any traffic, but you are close enough to the wonderful variety of restaurants, should you desire a wonderful fish dinner.

First time at this resort but hopefully not the last. Easy to get to and if you just want to park your car there is a lot that you can walk to. It's next door to a breakfast and lunch restaurant. You can walk to stores, movie theater, grocery store,various restaurants and to the beach. The room has a fully equipted kitchen with full appliances. Room very clean and for this stay very quiet.

I've been staying up here for over 10 years and I highly recommend it for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Excellent location makes it even more desirable! The pool and hot tub are a really nice bonus as a break from the beach. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

My hu and I have stayed there twice. Very courteous staff. Clean environment. Spacious suite/apartments with living/ dining room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.d Cozy and relaxing getaway for the weekend. Close to beaches and stores.

Sweet little units, located on Rte 1 in Wells, ME. My visit was professional. Big things are happening here and I am excited I will get play a part in it!! In the meantime, clean, lovely condos will be available for your summer visit to the beaches of Wells!

The location is AWESOME and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Loved the pool and especially the outdoor hot tub! You can even smell the fresh doughnuts being cooked at Congdon's Restaurant from your room! Love it here!

The Nautical Mile Resort is so convenient to everything that once you park your car you may never need it again! The staff is very professional and the rooms are neat as a pin! They have everything you need, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, outdoor grills, and FREE WI-FI.

Love this place. Been going for over 25 years....when it was Congdon's Resort. Pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, laundry room and nice clean fully stock rooms.

The nautical mile is an amazing resort the people there are finally and courteous helpful and quick to respond they're doing more every year for landscaping and making it better for those who are coming I always always enjoy the nautical mile

Extremely well appointed condimium style rooms with full kitchen. A nice place for two adults and even family.
