The Motorcraft battery I bought in 2020 went bad (it had a 3 yr warranty) but I could not find my original receipt so the manager Willy looked it up in their records (I knew exact date of sale from charge card bill) and created a copy of original receipt and honored the warranty! That's what I call going Above and beyond! Also why I stay locally and shop.
