Cinco De Mayo

Located in a cute “downtown” area of Black River Falls - Cinco De Mayo was a great choice for us. We didn’t have too much time to try all their amazing dishes but certainly had their steak fajitas and jalapeños margaritas!

I usually get gut rot with a few margaritas but this one was made perfectly!

Plenty of street parking!

l never liked mexican food until Cinco. My first time eating it I was very confused. I had to assemble it myself and it just made me angry. The menu was overwhelming. I was certainly out of my element. Later though I came to appreciate not only the amazing chicken fajitas but the insanely awesome margaritas. I am now a regular and appreciate it all. The service is above average. Everyone is so nice! Paco is my favorite ;) Jerry knows when to bring me my bill :) I don’t know everyone’s name but they are all wonderful! Very clean as well. I highly recommend this place as a must even if you dont think you like mexican food because chances are you will at the very least like the margaritas!

This place has really good food! We called and made reservations ahead, however, all 12 of us got to sit together. They were patient with our ordering, gave us plenty of chips and salsa and all of our food was delicious- the food came quickly and nobody had a meal they didn’t like.

Great local spot for authentic Mexican food. Some Margheritas to choose from went great with my flag burrito. Definitely get some white queso for the chips.

Whimsically decorated and really lovely staff are a great start to this restaurant. We were greeted warmly and the waiter brought over a high chair for our toddler. The menu had more options than I expected and I appreciated a vegetarian section. My portion was way bigger than I expected, but maybe that's just me. Also, this is Wisconsin, I got a ton of cheese on my burrito.

Another great find as I have eaten at at least 2 of their other locations.

Tried something different tonight in Fajitas Nachos. Along with extra refried beans and rice and a side of pico de gio.
Along with my usual favorites for drinks Jarritos, pepsi and a water along with salsa and chips to start.

I am sure to be back to try something else

Excellent good. Extensive menu. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice place for friends and family. The tacos are loaded with meat!

veryone was so nice! And the food!! OMG! We had Margheritas, they are on Special, I had the Taco Salad and hubby had Steak Fajitas..which he promptly scarfed down! And if you're lucky enough, you'll be entertained by a beautiful singer! The whole experience was awesome 👍😎!
But I'll be back because I need to take more pictures of this beautiful restaurant!

I went there with a friend after an afternoon of kayaking. The service was fast. The chips and salsa were good and just what we needed to tide us over until our meals arrived. Our food was oh, so very good! I would for sure return.
2 negatives.
1. The AC was really cold.
2. The lighting in the women's bathroom was extremely dim.
The 2 negatives are minor. Bring in a jacket/ sweater to keep warm. I'm not sure what to do about the bathroom lighting. I was there to eat, and the food did not disappoint.

Menus offer a Cornucopia of delicious combination dinners. Traditional Mexican specialties and American Tex-Mex versions are flavorful and colorful. Chips are thin and light, salsa is mild. Table supplement condiments. Margaritas are yummy too. Thank you!

Went here for the first time, and definitely met my expectations of Mexican food. Great portions for the price. Will definitely make my way out here again! I ordered the Chile Relleno dinner and Shrimp soup, and my mom ordered the grilled chicken enchiladas suizo and a tostada a la carte.

Everything about this place is fantastic!

Great Mexican food up in Black River Falls Wisconsin. Can't Rave more about it! A place Everybody Must Go to

Our family comes at least twice a month, sometimes more. The food is usually out extremely fast. There's almost always a large party celebrating a birthday or event when we go so it's always lively but they still get our order to our group quickly. We sometimes have a hard time getting a parking spot, but if your willing to walk around the corner it's a great spot to visit!

Are waitress took our order party of 7 people with 3 separate tickets without writing it down!!! Unbelievably correct with exceptional speed and service!

I have been here a ton and have never had a bad experience. Consistently delicious! Love their burritos and fajita nachos.

Great place. Love the decor. Great Mexican. From KC and eat a lot of mexican and this was excellent! Very quick and hit the spot! The queso is top-notch! Would have gone again had we stayed here longer.

Very clean fun atmosphere. Our waiter who spoke very little was absolutely charming. Our food was great, super hot fresh off the grill and the portions were large. We got stuck in Black river falls with car trouble and next time I'm passing through I will make it a point to stop back. Excellent place to eat!
