It's Walmart.. I always enjoy Walmart.. From groceries to personal needs... It's always a fun trip.. I love their app.. It makes locating stuff really easy..

after placing an online order from an hour away, I called explain an emergency situation to the pick up department, as soon as I got there they immediately brought out my order. Thank you for that!

Compared to other Wal-Mart's that I have been to, this is by far the calmest! It's hardly ever busy.

Pro Tip: Go to Electronics or Jewelry & check out if you only have a few items.

A little smaller then other Walmarts I’ve been to but it has a nice garden center and food rows

Clean, friendly staff and enough room for carts to move around each other without hitting shelves/other carts etc. I love this WalMart more than my WalMart in Wausau, WI

Love using the self check out registers and the fact that if I need assistance with anything it’s right there

I'm a truck driver. Had a physical problem the last couple days and needed an antibiotic. Called my Docter back home and had him call something in to my local Walmart. The thing I like about Walmart is I can transfer medications I need anywhere i am. I called ahead and talked to one of your customer service representatives and explained I would need to park in there lot. She was great told me that was no problem and where I could park. I then talked to the pharmacy and had them transfer the medication. It was ready when I got there. The group there in the Pharmacy was wonderful and helpful. The only thing I hate is no Walmart really knows me so every time I haft to go thru the consultation. Even having taken this particular antibiotic more times then i can count. I tried to get out of it but did it anyway. Pharmacist was kinda kool saying ok why don't you tell me about this drug. Lol this antibiotic is pretty common with my medical issues so that was easy enough. He seamed really nice I kinda think it was comical. Just thought the pharmacy deserved a big thank you. I was pretty desperate and appreciate this Walmart for helping me out.

I was very pleased with this visit! I took the ADRC mini bus and there was a staffed table just inside door with hand sanitizer and enforcing mask usage. Also everything was in stock and I didn't see anyone without a mask

McKenna in the bakery is so sweet and her cakes are so good ! I’ve never seen frosting look so pretty before it makes you not wanna cut the cake and mess up her work. She’s very helpful and never dissatisfied w her work.

Very nice employees, clean store, fast checkout. As a disabled woman it gets very hard to navigate the go cart (lo)l around the clothes racks but, Black River Falls has them setup just Right! Thank you!

It's Walmart what can I say clean store friendly associates and as always low prices. And if you can't find it in the store check the app or website most things have 3-day shipping not all the time but most things.

I hurt my arm a couple of days ago and can't lift anything with it. At Walmart in Black River Falls today. I really needed 2 cases of 40 bottles of water. I did my other shopping and when I got up to check out I asked if someone could go back and get the 2 cases of water and take them out to my car. And this young girl a employee stepped rite up to help me. Thank You for your help very much appreciated!!!😊

McKenna in the bakery is SO talented, she did the cupcakes for my best friends baby shower and they were both beautiful and delicious, she really made the day that much more special. She’s so sweet and always open to try new things to make sure you get 100% what you asked for! Thank you McKenna!

Always a great place to people watch.

We had serious tire issues headed home to the St Louis area. Wal Mart autocenter was booked an afternoon. We were stranded. The wonderful staff worked us right in and got us back on the road in about 30 minutes! Nice, friendly, helpful people.
