Las Olas Taqueria

The food here is fantastic. Everything on the menu is delicious. It is a little like Subway in that you ask for your own mix of things. At meal times the lines are long, but they have plenty of cheerful people working behind the counter so the line moves along. Most people seem to get their food to go, but there are plenty of nice clean, simple tables, so you can eat in.

The employee with the mullet and mustache is SO handsome 😍 However, when I asked for his number, he just walked away? The food was really good though, I think he put a little special LOVE into my bowl! Overall this place was 5 skibdis / 5 … Tremendous experience! Great place to rizz up fellow sigmas!

Hands down the best! The food is always great quality and the staff is friendly. Lots of spots to sit, and very affordable prices. I usually get a salad and the vegetables are always fresh. I recently tried their “soyrizo” and it’s amazing. I stop here whenever I’m in Wells and wish I lived closer! 11/10 would recommend.

Chill spot and cool people. The chicken is deliciously grilled. You order how you would at the commercial Chipotle. Expect bettee food 😋

Loved my guacamole and beef tacos they were really delicious. The atmosphere is nice too it’s casual dining and they have different types of seating for different sized parties. The service is awesome too they have an order area and pick up area where you pay. I very much enjoyed my lunch here with my friend and will let others know it’s a great place!

New England suffers from a small pool of Mexican food restaurants. Las Olas does their own thing, so please don't compare it to Casa Vega in the valley or something in San Antonio, but give this place a shot. They have a unique offering, and the people are the best. Service is well thought out and they cater to please. The food? The preparation is via steam trays and they provide good portions. I am not sure how 4 tacos can cost almost 20$....but I have been living elsewhere, so I am going with the flow. I like this place and I want it to make it and my Dad loves it. Lets go Las Olas. I ate there last weekend with my girlfriend just by happenstance.Every place else in Wells seems to close down once the out-of- town money is gone...tsk..tsk. I'm always up for a locally owned place versus a chain. The gentleman behind the counter took our order and made our food. He was very polite, and speedy. The food was very good. Good portions and tasty...they even had Moxie! We both enjoyed our meals, the place was nice and warm on a cold day even though it is large and airy. Great artwork on the walls and I asked about it, and they said it was all done by the owner's daughter I believe. The place was spotless including the restrooms. I'm bringing my family back tonight!

First time and just ordered takeout. Great experience! The burritos (chicken and pork) were prepared exactly as requested, and they were ready on time, also as requested. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Looking forward to a return visit very soon.

I had never been. Asked for help since I was picking up for next day. She was so great. She didn't mind me watching her make others orders. Sorry don't know her name. She's been there 1mth. So great!

Perfectly wrapped burrito. I could tell the salsa was made in-house. The flavors of all the ingredients blended perfectly. I wanted another, not because I was still hungry - I certainly wasn't - but just to keep tasting it. I'll definitely eat more slowly next time.
They also have bottled beer, domestic and import, in Wells.
Right next to the local IGA (Maine sells liquor in grocery stores!).

The food was great and the service was friendly and good.
The line was almost out the door a half hour before closing time.

We ordered catering from the Exeter, NH location for an informal rehearsal dinner. Fresia was super helpful customizing our mini burrito platters and big salads. Everyone loved the food. Delivery was super convenient and on time. Would order again for other events for sure!

Las Olas is my and my girlfriends favorite self serve style Mexican restaurants. We usually take a trip on a motorcycle (gorgeous ride for a car too) though Kennebunkport. The food is amazing and the customer service is usually better than average. Definitely go try this out. Locally owned and tastes amazing!

On the inside it’s quite pretty. However, the interior is not blow-your-socks-off but it’s also above average in my opinion.

Great burrito. Well worth every penny. Nachos & Queso as a side was portioned well.

Burritos, tacos, quesadillas, rice bowls, salads, lot of choices, w/a variety of variations of each like vegetarian or added chicken, beef, pork, steak, chorizo, etc.

Used to work here as an employee. They are really good to their staff and the workers always make things right. We all have our bad days, but Las Olas is the one work place I would come to where everyone would put a smile on their face and do their jobs. I got an 8oz of chimi because I was in the area and my mom LOVES it. I think they may have changed their recipe since I worked there? Anyways, a lot of cool changes I saw! Nice to see some old co workers althought they bring up personal matters that doesnt pertain to them 😁
