Dave's great service is worthy of a rave review! He saved the day when I got a flat tire this weekend in the rain. He offered to come and get my bike, fixed the flat, and returned it to me in no time at all. He also noticed the brakes weren't working properly and fixed them, too! I can't tell you the last time I have had this good of customer service. I highly recommend taking your bicycle business to The Bicycle & Fitness Co!

Excellent Store...No games honest people. Called spoke with Gaberiel and he had the bike to surprise my wife. Picked it up the next day as promised, talked to the owner...good people. Did not try to take advantage of post covid pricing and took great care of me. Highly recommended...

My bike had a flat tire on the trail about 1/2 mile from the Trek store. We called Trek and the employee we spoke with said he could come right there and fix it for us. He showed up almost immediately, took care of replacing the tube, and we were on our way. He was so nice and very competent. I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend this store.

My first visit was to get my odometer up and running. I purchased a new battery and Thomas re-programmed the unit--no extra charge for the time he spent with me. I recently left my Trek bike with them to make any needed adjustments after my bike tumbled out of my car trunk while in motion. Amazingly, there were not that many adjustments but I did purchase a new mirror, handle bar grips and a new odometer. I was pleased with the total charge! I find this store to be so accommodating and Thomas' customer service skills are remarkable--keep up the good work!

Rarely leave reviews, but both workers were quite nice, genuine, and go above and beyond, even if they're busy. They'll do what they can and definitely need more people like them. The younger worker helped me choose a bike that works best for me and got down to the detail. Excellent service. Thank you.

Came in with a flat. New innertube was put on in a flash. Got the bike home and it was flat. Took the bike back...got an apology and everything fixed up quickly, with no charge and with no fuss. Nice place and nice people.

We are from St. Louis and my wife and I drove 7 hours to stay up here a few days and ride our bikes, but my Thule rack would not release one of my bikes. Dave wouldn't give up, he and his worker kept at it until they solved our problem and freed my bike.

This place is awesome. I drove up from Illinois to purchase the bike since they had it in stock. Thomas was really great help and volunteered to come in after hours (they closed at 2 that day, he came back in at 6) so I can get my son his birthday present bike. Place looks small but they have a really great selection of bikes, apparel and accessories. Shop is in the basement.
Thomas really made the visit special as he was very knowledgeable and again, came in to get me the bike after hours and he told me a little about the owner and the shop history, all great things.

We rented bikes here to ride the Mariners Trail. The rental fee was very reasonable for our 2 bikes (we rented for the day). The pleasant young man behind the counter was very helpful by getting us set up on our bikes and telling us about the trail. We also met a super nice local couple there (Todd & Carol) and learned even more about the area sites.
Even though our original plan was to bring our own bikes (mechanical issue in our vehicle with the bike rack), I'm glad it worked out the way that it did. My wife and I met some great people. 😀 I'd definitely go back! (and maybe purposely leave our bikes home.)

Dave welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Answered all my questions about the area in a easy to understand straight forward manner. Knows his bikes extremely well, expert repair for two new tires and tubes got us back on the road in under1/2 hour...without appointment. Dave and folks like him are the reason I do 99.99 % of my business in brick and mortar stores. Online can try to imitate...but can NEVER duplicate a great customer service experience . kb

Stop in to get tire fixed and have tune up done. The young guy was busy with another customer. I waited till he was done with the gentleman before me. He greeted me with a friendly hello and thanked me for waiting. I asked about getting my bike looked at and what i wanted done. He quoted me a price that was just what I wanted to here. This was on Tuesday at 5:00 pm. I told him if I got it back by the weekend I would be happy. I got a text at 11:00 am on Thursday it was done. Picked it up and everything was great. Will be going back here. Excellent service and friendly staff.

I use to work here and they treated me so well. the customer was ALWAYS first, and I believe the prices were reasonable for the area.

The best thing about this place, is that they are willing to do anything to meet the customers needs. Have an older bike? they can fix it, doesn't matter the brand, or where you got it from. Looking for used parts to save money? they can make that work.

Best bike shop in this side of wisconsin, hands down.

Was there today, July 1, 2020 and had a very pleasant experience. Purchased one 27 x 1 1/4 SunLite tire and two Bontrager tubes for a 40 year old Raleigh Super Record bike - their price was lower than what I could find on Amazon or Ebay, so I was able to install it right away when I arrived home. The tire was not folded and zip tied like most retail store packaging, instead, it was perfectly shaped and very easy to install. Thank you gentlemen for the excellent service!

I had been researching online for a bicycle for my 6yr old daughters birthday gift. I personally don't know much about bikes and I generally do all my research and shopping online. In my search for a cute and functional cruiser bike I came across a specific Electra bike. These bikes like Trek are generally only available for purchase through a dealer for that brand. I was trying to decide between this Electra bike and another brand I had found on Amazon.

I went into the store on a Tuesday to check out their show room and ask about this specific Electra bike. The man working (I believe his name was Dave) was able to look up the bike for me and give me a price. He said that generally he can get the bikea in one day but this specific bike wasn't in the Wisconsin warehouse and would need to come from New Jersey. He said if he ordered it that day it should be able to ship in time to make it to me by Friday as my daughters party was Saturday.

I left and told him I would think about it. The bike was slightly out of my price range so I decided to ordered the one off of Amazon. The next day I received a call from Dave checking in. I told him I had opted to go with the Amazon bike because of the price and he told me he had actually ordered one the night prior since he hadn't heard back from me and wanted it to get here in time if I decided I wanted it. I thought that was so kind of him. He also told me that Electra was going to be starting a sale the next day and it was possible that bike might go on sale. He said he would touch base with me if it did go on sale.

Thursday I heard back from Dave and the bike in fact go on sale but his tracking had updated and it wasn't going to be in until Monday. I told him to let me know if there was any chance the bike might get in Friday or Saturday and that I was considering returning the Amazon bike.

Friday I received another call from Dave saying the bike did come in early and he had it all put together in the show room if I wanted to see it. I went and checked it out and it was so cute I couldn't not buy it! So I did indeed return the Amazon bike.

If Dave hadn't placed that order Tuesday night and called me back Wednesday I never would have known about the sale and if I did find out it would have been too late by then to have ordered a bike and have had it in time for her birthday.

The customer service was above and beyond and I will be returning this week to purchase the matching helmet to the bike!

Stopped in after riding the Badger across to see if we could top off our bike tires with air. Gentlemen inside was very friendly and let us use the air pump. Then later in the day my bike broke and I took it back to the place and they fixed it as a walk in within a few hours and for a very reasonable price! Completely satisfied with my experience there!

Went in to look for a bike I had in mind to buy, and they had my Xcalibur 8 in stock! They didn't hassle me and let me take it for a rip around the block. Great guys to talk to and they held the bike for me till the next day. Love my new Trek! Thanks guys!!

They tuned up a 25+ year old mountain bike for us. Fast, friendly service at a fair price. Very happy to have a go-to bike shop with 2 boys now riding!

On a day trip to Manitowoc and as we were unloading bikes heard the sound of a tire abruptly going flat. Of course tools were left at camper and plus I needed tube. No big deal we made a walking adventure of it... on the way back to two rivers where we were camping saw the “trek” sign prominently displayed and pulled in to grab tubes. Got there just before closing and proprietor not only got us the tubes I needed, but actually helped unload Bike and swapped out the tube. I wished I’d caught his name, but nonetheless kudos for the kind service. Thank you!
