Denny's Saw crib

Been going there for 30 years. Dropped off 2 saws that were running bad last week and picked them up yesterday. Now they both run great. Fair price great service. Denny and Bruce know what they are doing.

A couple of years ago, I bought an off brand chainsaw online. It worked well enough until it came time to replace the chain. I stopped at two places closer to my home and found out (twice) that 1. it had on odd number of links, and 2. they couldn't help me. So I ended up at Denny's and he had his helper take a link out of a longer chain, at no extra charge. I bought 2. Just tried out one and it worked fine. I don't understand these 1 star reviews, except that I got the impression that he doesn't suffer fools gladly. I can relate to that. I'll also be back.

5 star chainsaw service 1 star customer service. I felt very negative vibes and the worker who was supposed to explain how the saw works to me, never looked at me while talking and then ended the one sided conversation abruptly by turning on his heel and walking away. if you don't mind being talked down to, they do superb work for a great price. The best in the business and I've been around.

The nice man that works there was knowledgeable and I enjoyed the conversation we had. I would recommend Denny's saw crib to anyone. they do great work

Denny seems to be a straight forward kinda guy and that I respect all the way. He did a great job fixing my saw with a fast turn around. Would recommend going to his shop for repairs or if buying a new saw.

The is one of the best places to get all your chainsaws fixed and repaired.
They have a great selection of chains to fit most brands of saws.
They also sell leaf blowers , mower's, saws.
Really, nice prices and people.

I had my starter rope tear in half on my saw, when I went in to purchase a new rope and handle he ended up showing me how to install the rope myself.

When I asked him what I owed him for the rope he told me I didn’t owe him a thing and to have a nice day.

I see some negative reviews on here about Denny’s Saw Crib, but I have to say I felt like my experience reflected how a business should actually care for a customer.

Denny is an awesome and very knowledgeable guy. He is straight forward about everything and once you get to know him better he hooks you up. Plus he does buy one get one free on chains you can’t go anywhere else for that. Wether your a home owner or a commercial tree company this is the guy to go see.

A lot of these low reviews are from people who don’t understand Denny. Get to know the guy. He’s straight forward and upfront. What’s not to like about that? He’s not one to sugar coat things. He’s a great guy with a ton of knowledge.

Dropped my Husqvarna chain saw (440) off for a tune up. Work was completed when promised. I was reminded to bring my claim check at pick up when I dropped off the saw, which I did and had no issues. Saw runs well after tune up.
