Buying a home out of state adds challenges to the process, Erin Chisholm and the team at Exit Realty could not have been more helpful. After my rick helped my husband with selling a property (which I told my husband nobody was going to want to buy, but it was gone in weeks) when we decided to buy he told me to call rick he didn't want to use anyone else. I now understand why. Rick is the most laid back, not trying to push anything, but will do the work to figure out everything you need to know to make the right choice. Often when we asked the sellers realtor a question (of they were even attending a showing) about the property they "weren't sure", rick would find out and email us the answer promptly. Rick picked up the slack of the selling realtor so many times. He was not trying to make a buck, he told us when and why a property might not be for us because he knew what we where looking for.
