Excellent customer service by my sales rep, Connor McCleod. He was very friendly and personable without being pushy. There was a 5 month delay from the time I ordered my new vehicle and when I received it due in part to the teamsters strike and Conner was great in keeping me apprised of what was going on. When my vehicle finely arrived, he called me that day and met me at the dealership (even though it was his day off) to sign the paperwork and go through all the vehicle functions. He even delivered the vehicle to my house as I wasn’t trading in my old vehicle and I didn’t have anyone that could drop me off at the dealership that day. The whole ordering and purchasing process (minus the delay in the manufacturing) was seamless. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Conner to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Recently David and I purchased a 2015 Audi A4 with Steve. We were a little more annoying than I’d like to admit while waiting for the car to be done, but Steve was so patient and kind with us! He gave us the best experience we could have gotten. Thank you!
