WMU Buster's

I ordered half of my books for in-store, which were gathered and ready for pick-up within twenty four hours, and went in to pick up the rest. The employees were very helpful with helping me find the right ones and were able to answer my questions about the icons that also appeared on my book list. Bonus-the Text Book Ally was wonderfully organised and easy to navigate. Yeah, the cost of college books kills, but they had many inexpensive alternatives for me to consider with some of my books like used, renting, or digital copies. Glad they made the experience as painless as possible! Definitely recommend heading upstairs too-they have the cutest WMU sweatshirts.

Terrible. We all know university bookstores are overpriced, but they are extreme. Most of the time they only will have 3 or 4 used books so you are forced to purchased new ones, that is if they even have your books. Every semester they only have half the books I need. If I want to wait 3 weeks to get my books, I might as well order them online through someone else.

They close too early (at 3) which is really inconveinent for most students.

This place is a scam. They've even changed the ISBN codes so if you want to find a reasonable price somewhere else the code doesn't work. Avoid at all costs and be wary of instructors that tell you "it's at the bookstore." They're getting a cut of the deal somehow.

This is THE only thing I hate about western. I couldn't get my books returned on time because they were closed on my return date so they charged me over $100 as a late fee. That was more than what the books costs were. I just think thats so ridiculous.

Initial price is too high and they don't honor their written textbook return policy on their receipts. Clearly says I can return a textbook before the current term is over.

This bookstore is making me fail a class because its taking forever to print off a book. They already have the book and just need to print it. Its been a week and its still not printed yet. What a joke

Extremely over priced books. They really seem to take advantage of the students who don't explore other options like Amazon or Chegg.

the website prints incorrect information, nothing like started the semester off strong because you trusted the website and ended up with the incorrect book....such a quality educational institution that can't even print correct information ROFL

Please add Sunday hours. Some non-traditional students with children would greatly appreciate it.
