Been coming here since before I can remember. Gorgeous. I love walking the breaker wall and listening to to waves crash against the rocks. The Rocky shoreline is as familiar as an old friend and always welcoming. Plan on staying here for a couple hours and take everything in. Be sure to take photos but be sure to put the phone away so you can enjoy a piece of heaven.

Great little pit stop! Wonderful place to catch a sunset. I unfortunately got here a little too late. Winter is the perfect time for a photo opportunity. The ice that forms on the rocks is beautiful. I walked along the shoreline to the left and it didn't disappoint.

Very easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking and water a access for fishing also. You can take a nice walk out to the lighthouse. You can also seat on benches to just take in the lake or ships entering the harbor. Not a far walk from stores or restaurants. Gift shop also to take a look at. All around a great spot to just relax at.

When we went, there was no admission needed. The walk on the pier was amazing. You can see the depth of the water by the color change.

Great stop in any season! Agate bay and the lighthouse are cool to check out while you're down there. Terrible roads, haven't filled potholes off the main drag in years. Might be a bumpy drive down to the bay!

Walked this breakwater to the lighthouse in early june. Neat to see the super clear water as you walk out. Very pretty at the end with a cool view of the big ore loaders. Caution when icy or windy!

This is a staple stop anytime of year! Make sure all of your skin is covered in the winter as wind chill can surprise you. Sunset pictures are amazing

This was my favorite place. It's so peaceful and breezy. There is so much beauty to take in. I highly recommend stopping here. The souvenir shop was closed at the time but there are others closeby.

The breakwater is an adventure in itself. From the first time I walked on it as a kid after it was finished being built to now, it is always an experience. As a kid I was fearless, and sat out at the end of it where it slants back into the lake. Now, the movement of the water is dizzying, and I hang on to the rail the whole way out. It is a good way to experience the powerful potential of this great lake, as only a slight wind out of the east will send waves crashing against and over the breakwater. You can imagine the fury of a gale blowing the water in. Don't miss this opportunity if you're heading up the lake.

Love to come here and take photos of the scenery.the view out onto lake Superior, the lighthouse and agate picking. What more could you want? In the winter you get ice piles that create a frozen lunaresk landscape. In the summer I will bring the wife along and rent out the B&B that is the lighthouse. I think that would make for an awesome weekend.

Great place to see a ship entering Two Harbors. Take a walk down to the end for the best view. Watch your step on an icy day when the waves wash across the concrete! And bring a jacket or something warm! Even in August!

A nice place to see how Lighthouse's have impacted history on the Great Lakes. It also serves as a bed and breakfast.
