My husband and I visited the Kalamazoo location today! We had never been to Dickey’s Bbq before but we will be back! We had a great experience! The food was wonderful ! Bbq sauces were amazing! The sweet bbq is definitely my new favorite! Staff was friendly and helpful! Keep it up!👏👏👏

I’m not from Michigan and had never heard of Dickey’s. I was referred by a friend. I wasn’t sure how you could do a fast food BBQ. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the 3 rib combo meal and enjoyed it. The ribs are not that large but were very tasty and the meat just fell off the bones. A friend had the boneless chicken wings and she could not finish them so I had a couple of those as well and enjoyed them. The best part of the stop was the staff that was working there. They were all friendly and very helpful. The staff made it a fun stop. I would definitely stop here again.

I think this is all real meat still. Not that lab grown or glued together garbage. It's tasty barbeque, that's for sure. Spread on some of the sweet sauce and go to town. Don't miss the delicious sides. And then wash it all down with some sweet tea. Always looking for seconds at this place.
Easy ordering process with friendly staff. Clean, well stocked condiment and drink area. Dining is well lit and spacious. Clean restrooms. Very enjoyable experience. Go here for tasty food.

I wanted to try a new place I have never been to before. This is where we decided and definitely don’t regret it. I will say I wasn’t a huge fan of the potato casserole as it was literally just mashed potatoes. I was expecting something different. But the meat was perfect and fried okra too! Definitely will be back.

I have been to Dickeys many times, never have I been disappointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The environment is warm and welcoming. The manager came up to us as if we were old friends welcoming us home. The food is always excellent and I especially appreciate the fact that I can drench my food in their famous barbecue.

If you need another BBQ spot to check out, I recommend Dickey's Barbeque Pit. The food & service are always great.

My favorite dish is the ribs, fries, & smoked wings.

My card was declined due to system error, and as I was about to walk away.. BRENDEN pulled his phone out to pay for my food with no hesitation! I was so shocked that he was willing to do that for me. Luckily we tried one more time and the card was accepted.

I could see his excellent customer service radiating with other customers and he deserves some recognition!

I was working in town, and I asked the young lady at the front desk at the hotel I was staying at, and she recommended Dickey's. I had their 3 Meat Plater. You can't go wrong, it was excellent! I will be eating here again.

Never had a bad experience! Food has always been awesome and the spicy bbq is killer! The food comes out so fast I barely have time to fill my soda! Which is not a bad thing whatsoever.

I live up north about an hour and a half away and ordered delivery for my disabled father for his birthday today. I ordered him a 3 meat plate and the staff was kind and threw in a chocolate chunk cookie and a note that said happy birthday for him. My dad said the food was amazing, the portion sizes were huge and he can't wait to have Dickie's again. Thank you Dickie's crew for helping me make my dad's birthday a little better.

Greeted with smiling face as you walk in and a welcome hello. Promptly served and received order. Great food and manager was making sure everyone was happy with their food when done. Will be back.

Always solid food. I am greeted when I walk in. The business is clean and well stocked. The 1$ refills when you bring your cup to the next visit is awesome.

Come here every couple of months with co-workers but today was THE BEST. The gentleman that took our order had playful banter and a great sense of humor. Whoever you are- thank you for making our day!!!

My God what can I say, I stoped in for the first time and man I'm telling ya already...I'm coming back! I didnt know what to order, a suggestion from the cooks could of been handy but it's all good, had brisket sandwiches, mac and cheese and beans, I thought side portions could be slightly larger but for over all the 13 bucks I spent, well worth it!

Not many choices for good fast BBQ in this area. Dickey's is more than adequate. Coldwater location has much more room and larger dining area. Staff was moving fast, accurately and very nice too.

The food was slapping! Nice and seasoned and sauces are good too. Excellent service.
