Spent my teens here many nights 20 years ago. Hasn't changed much for the better. Not sure if you can still get Crowes Nest delivered downstairs, but that's where the food is at. Cheap coffee and chess sets are for the cafe. Keep doing you.

Wonderful place, and omg the food! It was all amazing and the staff was spectacular! There is a staircase to get to the restaurant, but can happily accommodate people in the bakery downstairs!

Some of the best coffee is Kalamazoo by far. I also love the vegan zucchini bread as well. Everything is priced reasonably as well. It takes a bit for my coffee to come out because there only 1-2 baristas working whenever I have gone (I order an iced peppermint mocha). The line is totally worth it!

This is my favorite coffee shop in kalamazoo. Open many many hours with the college Vibe atmosphere. Very friendly and open. Great coffee, great baked goods and reasonably priced hard to think of anything they need to improve

I stopped here before enjoying brunch upstairs. They are a very inclusive place, the atmosphere is amazing, the staff are delightful and the blackberry lavender lemonade is to die for. Highly recommend.

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, yummy food. I had a churro late and a brownie. Both were devine. Parking is a pain, but that's just being nit picky :)

I go anywhere from 1 - 5 times a week just for the coldbrew, and it is consistently amazing tasting. Staff are always friendly and fast.

I love it here. 10/10 my favorite local coffee shop. I just wish they had more gluten free options — I’d love to see some muffins or lemon bars/brownies on the menu!

Great environment and just an overall cute place. The baristas there are really friendly, especially Haley and Katie! Love their Cafe miel and mint lavender tea.

Excellent latte, baked goods looked delish, however did not try

Ordered a chocolate + cherry late with almond milk. I ended up adding more sugar to the latte. (Maybe that's just because I am so used to Biggby's insane amount of sugar content.) The atmosphere is welcoming and the barista was cheerful and a good multitasker. Cute hand painted signs tell you everything. Nice decorative touch.

Very nice baristas and good coffee. A nice place to sit while you wait for The Crow's Nest upstairs.
