We like the business policies of Lowes and drive 30 miles, avoiding Menards and Home Depot, this location is amazing, helpful staff,great inventory, just a great experience with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen to remodel, I am thrilled that I found this location

Really great customer service. Staff helped me find evening. I was there late and despite that everyone was courteous and helpful. Found everything I needed. all in all was a very good retail experience.

We walked into Lowes in Manitowoc. We were greeted by a gentleman named Russ. He was so very helpful! Helped us find whatever we needed for the many projects we had going on that weekend. Pleasant. The employee were all cheerful. All in all. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I've had nothing but quality products and service. Maybe I'm the exception but I really like Lowes. Plus they they deliver up to Green Bay. We ordered a fire table and chairs last year great delivery no damages. Picked up a new weed trimmer today and am satisfied with their prices. You do have to shop around so you're not always going to get the lowest price here but that's just being a smart shopper.

Needed a new washer and went in this morning, everyone was very nice. Becky was a very good salesman, she did a great job. I was in and out in about 40 minutes and my washer will be delivered on Monday. Very pleased!

Was assisted in lighting area by Bo, he actually approached me to help. I needed his help finding a substitute for a can light replacement above a new shower installation the plumbing unnecessarily removed and now the shower framing doesn't have the clearance to put original can light back. Bo had me set up in minutes with an explanation of how to install it and pointed out that it's a better choice close to the shower than original can light. I wasted over 10 minutes with clueless lighting supervisor at Menards. Very happy with Lowes because of Bo's help.

Very helpful staff forgot what model number I bought .the employee looked it up by my lowes card found me the right one.....

I would like to thank Kyle in the Home Decor department at the Manitowoc store. He settled an issue we had with an order in a highly professional way, giving us great customer service. I will definitely be loyal to Lowe's & recommend them to friends & family. The entire staff that was involved with this were a fine example of customer service.

Probably the best customer service I ever experienced in my life. I believe my cashier name was Candace and she was wonderful. She helped me find my product, gave suggestions and was super patient with me. She could tell I wasn't having the best day and due to her compassion and kindness my awful day got a little better. Thank you very much! Highly recommend!

Dave in appliances did a super job! He spent time answering my questions and helped me find washer and dryer choices right for me. I ended up purchasing both items (great sale prices). He pointed out the Lowe's credit card sign up special and I received even more savings. He is thorough, patient and his customer service is wonderful! My items will be here in less than 2 weeks from ordering. Free delivery and set up too. Thank you, Dave! You made the difference in my purchasing appliances from Lowe's!

This is a great store. Pretty much as soon as we walked in, someone asked us if we needed help. He knew exactly where to find what we were looking for. Even just walking around the store, the employees always ask what we are looking for, and they always know where to find it. They have amazing customer service here.

We purchased carpet from Lowe's and had great customer service from the flooring dept (Kyle) & the install was exceptional. We had some issues with the rebate center declining the rebate. I spoke with the store manager Sean, who had outstanding customer services and was willing to honor the rebate amount if the rebate center did not follow through. I am extremely impressed with the staff & customer service I received.

Employees always friendly and knowledgeable. Had one representative help me secure a particular grill I had come in for when it had looked like they were all out of stock. They've continually gone above and beyond to ensure myself and family have gotten exactly what we came in for.

We went into Lowe’s on the 15th of September at 7am. In desperation, we needed a refrigerator and the delivery manager helped us. We picked out our refrigerator and he had it delivered by 9am. Very compassionate and understanding. The delivery went very smoothly, the two men who delivered it were very professional and careful. We couldn’t have asked for better service. A great experience!
