I had some heavy items to return to Chewy via FedEx. Elysia from Print Services was happy to help take them out of my car and take them to her department in the back of the store. She offered to bring the receipts back to me while I waited in my car. Thanks so much for the great customer service!

If Office workers see me come in, they wait for a heartbeat and then if I look hesitant, asked if I need help. They point me to the correct asle. In addition, when I asked for a special and unusual procedure to be performed(create a name tag), very important for my business, the clerks did all they could to work it out, and succeeded,

Office Max in Manitowoc is a great place to get Xmas cards and photos. Andrew is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to ship off an item and a worker named Alissa went above and beyond to help me out with a possible scam issue which she didn’t have to help out with at all I thank her so much best knowledgeable person out there.

So I'm getting out of the 80s with my new post it file folder tabs! They stick to the hanging file folder! No more writing on strips of white card stock and sliding into a plastic sleeve only to attempt to stick the ends into two slits on the inside of those green hanging file folders! These Post it tabs are removable and reusable. You can also write on them with a dry erase marker in case you name your folder something stupid and want to change it! Go to this OfficeMax...they always do you right!

I visit office max probably 2-3x a week for printing needs. Occasionally I need assistance with printing larger projects, posters, or many pages.
Michelle in the back of the store is incredibly helpful! By far is one of the best people I’ve seen in customer service. She’s always smiley, helpful, and full of conversation and even will come talk to my boys. She’s never given me a single huff or any grief despite the projects I give her.

Not good in the past but something changed. Customer service was excellent. I was greeted at the door and assisted with looking for product. In and out quickly with my list all filled.

Got what I needed and even got a discount I wasn’t expecting, but was recommended to me. Very happy with the final outcome.

My husband has been looking for a deal for his new office, and they have a huge selection of all kinds of desks, book shelves, and filing cabinets here. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and delivery policies.

Clean and nicely stocked store

Just had a great experience here! Jennifer helped me print my referral cards for my business and noticed they would have turned out blurry (my poor design skills!) She quickly modified the design (she was super tech savvy, knew how to use photoshop) and the cards came out perfect!
