Bronson Rheumatology Specialists - John St.

I was listened to, my needs were met, and I am thriving thanks to the staff. I have a friend who has had the same experience here too. I feel for the people who had a 1 star experience, perhaps they had a different rheumatologist than I did.

I haven't even been here yet, and after the reviews, I'm very skeptical. I'm on a waiting list, and was called this morning at 8:20. I called back at 8:23 and they had filled the spot already. WTH! they could at least give you time to find your phone abd call back. We're not all sitting on our phones!

Drove 3 hours to come to an appointment, by time we parked, found the office and checked in, I was 10 minutes late. The doctor refused to see me and wanted to reschedule. Needless to say, I'm not returning. There was a gentleman sitting in waiting room whose appointment was before mine and had been all ready waiting 45 minutes. Obviously patients don't matter. I'd give zero stars if it was possible.

I wanted to be sure to update: I contacted Bronson's patient relations and received a call back the next day. The GM, personally called to apologize and thank me for reporting. They offered to get me in with another physican right away, spoke with the physician and staff, and stated they would reimburse some of my fuel. Very pleased with their response concerning this matter even though I haven't decided if I want try again.

Left the office bawling my eyes out, they lied about what we discussed on my medical records & never even read my chart before I got there! Walked into the room with a whole lot of assumptions & refused to listen to me because of the preconceived idea she already had! Terrible I would not recommend this place nor Bronson hospital to my worst enemy!

To sum it up short, I have been here twice; with two doctors over the past five years and still have no answers. The doctors here at Bronson Rheumatology can give answers like "you may have..." or "that looks like an autoimmune issue but...." and absolutely no diagnosis because the "blood work is all normal". People all across the country get diagnosed with autoimmune disease with normal blood work this is readily available information online but yet Kochella insisted this is not true. Kochella also came right in the room, didn't wash her hands or sanitize and touched my eyes; it was disgusting. Im really upset with Bronson- but specifically this office for waisting my time and insurance allotment.

I ran out of my medication twice while under the care of Bronson Rheumatology. I called each time ahead before totally running out but the refills took a good week to get called in.
Then I called in last week again for a refill. I called every day afterward to finally get a call back that they refuse to refill because they decided that they are not treating the combination of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia anymore. They are refusing to send a refill for my Fibromyalgia... Cutting me off cold turkey - and no, it's not a pain medication.
There was no prior communication that their treatment plans change, no phone calls prior to this.

Worst office I ever experienced. Run and don't even consider this office if you like to get better!!
