Huge shout out to my new stylist! Missie took the time to truly listen to me, then gave me the creative haircut of my dreams, with skilled perfection. Exceptional and caring service! The salon has incredibly positive energy, between the happy teamwork and a botanical-bohemian decor vibe that made me feel right at home. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Mandi is a seasoned veteran when it comes to hairstyling. She educates you on how to appropriately care for your hair and use products to get the look you want.

I had been on the fence about trying another new hair salon. When I first moved up here, I went to another and did not like the results. I have been trying to hide my hair since. Then, I found Heidi. She is amazing. Gave me exactly what I asked for. I have my hair back and it feels great. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you so much!

I just moved too Manitowoc and had so much anxiety about finding a new stylist. Mandi is one of the best I've ever been too! In the city it's rare to find someone who cut's so well and also understands color too or will even be willing to do both. I'm so happy I found her! It's not surprising she does extensive continuing education and her work shows that!

Mandi is amazing!! She has color corrected my hair and always uses products that don’t show any visible damage, and cares about her clients! She refreshes me every time I need it, and I’ve never had a bad experience! She knows her stuff and ensures her clients are well taken care of and happy! Love my hair every visit! 100% recommend! OMG! I called today hoping someone could fix my botched hair. Must've been in the stars, because Missie had an opening. Needless to say, when she was done, I cried. My hair looks amazing! Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and finally have a smile back on my face.

I feel so blessed to have found Heidi! I visit the area occasionally from Florida— my hair is thick and grows fast! Mandi has been doing my hair for years. Every time she does it exactly how I describe my vision. The shop is conveniently located and the other stylists are great too. I love going in for the natural products that are used and sold.

It was my first time there and it has such a relaxed vibe. The two young ladies made me feel important and were professional. We had great conversation. Missie, who was real genuine and a good listener, cut my hair and styled it exactly how I wanted it. She was easy to talk with. They recommended products but did not pressure me to buy which was nice too! I will be back thanks ladies!

I recently had my hair cut, colored and highlighted by Missy at WHF and I couldn’t be more happy. My husband and I travel all over the US for his job and I have had many bad experiences with Salons over the years. I hit the jackpot with Missy she did my hair like she had been doing it for years. Staff is absolutely amazing. The owner is so kind and caring. They are super easy to work with and just want to see you leave happy. Absolutely a great place to come and get a haircut. The prices are fair for what you get as well.

Excellent service! The atmosphere in the shop is very comfortable and trendy, and each of the stylists are polite interesting. You can walk in and show them a picture and they can make it happen. They can even help you to develop an image if you aren't too sure of what you want. I left Hair With Flair fully satisfied with my cut and color, and will certainly be returning for tune ups and trims.

Mandi was amazing. I came in with a small idea and she wowed me. She spent so much time with me and taught me SO much about my hair. I trust her and will continue to only see her. Fantastic place!
