Sitting in a steamy hot tub on a chilly evening while snow falls on you is one of those unexpectedly magical experiences in life.

The staff here were super chill and nice and got us set up just a bit later than our reservation.

We had the Egypt room, which was small, but cutely decorated. The water and space was really clean and the tub was comfortable and easy to control.

Loved that we discovered this place! Such a great spot! My husband & I were celebrating our anniversary and this was a wonderful activity to spend some relaxing time. It was a beautiful day so we chose a tub outside & bought the package with sparkling cider, glasses & scent for the water. They have several different styled rooms for variety. Clean & well-taken care of. Friendly staff. Highly recommend !

boyfriend and I took a weekend get away trip up to Grand Rapids and I stumbled across this place and am so glad I did. Setting reservations was so easy, the staff was so helpful and kind, environment is so clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend on fun things to do if you’re in the area!!!

I came to this establishment for the first time on Friday. We paid for an hour and a half visit which I would say is the perfect length. The customer service representative was very polite and respectful. He did an awesome job at suggestive selling. When our time was up the staff was really nice about reminding us to be out in the lobby in 10 min. Overall I had an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend this establishment to the public.

I wanted to surprise my wife with a nice relaxing time away from the kids and home for a few hours. I instantly thought of this place and got online and made reservations.
Upon arrival we were greeted fast and they checked us in even 10 mins early. They offer alot of add-ons and extra that can enhance your visit but also don't cram it down your throat making you feel pressured to buy.
Inside the suite everything was clean and ready to go. Pick your own music to play over their speakers and get in and relax. Thank you for a great date night.

We experienced the indoor tubs and it was very relaxing. XM radio so you can jam to any music that you prefer. Great bonus the staff was very nice. Will definitely be going back when I'm in the area again!

A lovely place for a nice relaxing soak, we are never disappointed when we come here. If you have a specific room in mind, I would highly suggest booking in advance. They have a great selection of beverages and we love the scent boxes!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the website seemed professional and the photos looked good. I’ve had family & friends who have visited Oasis, but this was my first time. And I LOVED it! Beautiful entryway/lobby, friendly and helpful staff, careful explanations and offers of assistance, and a wonderfully-decorated area with our own hot tub and changing area/shower. Amenities such as towels and the ability to choose music (or stream our own) all enhanced the experience. My wife and I decided this was only the first of MANY future visits. We highly recommend Oasis!

What an amazing and relaxing experience! Clean.. amazing staff, and a must do experience. We had an out side spa and it was perfect weather for it!!!! We had the Cozumel Room and it didn’t disappoint! Very Simple and to the point! It was a very Beautiful! I definitely think you should make this a must have on your bucket list!!!!

Great experience! We came into town (Kalamazoo location) for a pizza joint, and searched for something interesting to do. Oasis Hot Tub Garden was at the top of the list. We reserved the Vancouver room for an hour, and it was great! Nice pine trees and landscaping created a great mountain vibe, and the falling snow made it perfect! Check-in was super quick and easy, and the attendant was very nice and accommodating. The room was super clean, and the hot tub temp was nice and toasty. My back was sore from the previous day’s work, and I felt super loose after our soak - the jets felt great! The entire experience only cost $34. We’ll be back to try some other rooms!

This was amazing! Just right on a chilly, light drizzle evening. The partial canopy coverage over the outdoor tub let us see the trees and protected us from the rain. So relaxing.

Dreaming of being on vacation somewhere in your own private bungalow with the friends.... or just the woman that you love ❤. Oasis is clean and the staff is wonderful. 5*

The staff is very nice, rooms are very clean. The Bluetooth music out to the hot tubs is awesome too. Had a very relaxing time.

So here’s the deal, this place is so great! I don’t know if all the outdoor rooms are this picturesque, but the English Garden room was really nice. First and foremost the staff is so kind and helpful. They make sure you are completely informed from the cleanliness of the rooms to working the jets, phone and music system. There was also a private shower which was really nice. The temperature of the water was perfect and the jets were exactly what I needed. And hopefully you can see the cleanliness and clarity of the water in my pictures. Because of the price, I decided to try tubbing instead of a massage. I’m glad I did because I was not disappointed with my experience.

What a cute, cozy, healing place! Once u get in the hot tub- all of your worries are gone. Must visit if your in the area. 10/10

This was a completely new concept to me, but it was fantastic. I had a birthday AND anniversary gift to claim.
We spent an hour chilling in our hot tub. 10/10 recommend and can't wait to come back again. May try one without a roof next time.
