Tandem Bagels

Tandem is great! Wonderful, friendly people! Excellent bagels and scrumptious cream cheese flavors! Bacon Scallion or Sun Dried Tomato is my fav. The Nicollet Bike Shop is my go to lunch sandwich. Soup is tasty, and the Energy Bombs are fab. Great salads - and the ranch dressing is awesome! Featured cream cheese flavors, drink & food specials rotate monthly.

Great bagel Sandwhiches!!! Haven’t tried much other than that. Also the Carmel Iced Latte with Oat milk is 10/10!!!! I highly recommend coming here and trying their La Bici. So good!! A bit over priced but worth it every once n a while.

Just stopped here this morning for their many vegan options and I was very happy. The place is very clean and they offer such yummy looking and tasty food. The ladies at the front counter were very helpful and even told me about their vegan Thursdays when they have other options like cookies and scones. Can I just say this is probably one of the best vegan cream cheeses I have ever had. And the bagel was really great too :-) quiet and relaxing atmosphere and everything was perfect. I look forward to many more visits.

Super cool place in downtown Mankato. The kid and I were craving bagels on a road trip home and found this place. He did a breakfast bagel and I did a healthy bagel. Prices were good. Food was great. Service was even better.

Great place for a quick bite. The egg and cheese breakfast bagel was delicious. I appreciated that it was cut in half, making it easier to eat on the go. Very and friendly crew!

Tips for new comers: order bagels and food on the right hand side and all drinks and payment will be taken on the left at the register. They also sell out because they’re popular so make sure to come early !! Love all the food and bagels. Customer service is always great as well. I recommend the la bici for breakfast and a toasted Nicollet for lunch. :)

In the fall, they have warm apple cider with whipped cream and caramel. So delicious. Great spot.

Just had the tour de France on a salted Chipotle bagel and it is incredible. The staff is always so nice here and everything tastes very fresh. Come early as they do sell out!

Without a doubt the best bagel and coffee in the area. I had the Green Goddess bagel sandwich. I chose honey wheat bagel. I will definitely come back when I’m in the area. Very clean nice atmosphere.

Fantastic local restaurant! They have a variety of breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and other options. I enjoy that they have monthly flavors and specials.

Amazing coffee and of course great food options. They support local and I support local by going here. Tends to be busy but often there are spots to sit. Love the day old bakery option.

Have not yet had the pleasure to eat here.. I happened to walk in here and asked if they had a public restroom and they literally were so amazing and the staff there was so polite.. I'm literally gonna have to try there bagels... Thank u for ur service!

Every time I go this place is better. And they're really making a string effort to keep everyone safe and happy during the pandemic. Outdoor seating is amazing, and indoor seating is fastidiously sanitized. It's the exact sort of comforting atmosphere I want, and I can never get enough of their coffee and food.

The service is always friendly, even when they're busy. The coffee is excellent, and their monthly drink specials are worth checking out, even if you don't normally drink flavored coffee. Their salt and onion bagels are my favorites.
Typically, I get some bagels to take home, but I decided to get breakfast in store this morning. I got the simplest option, the egg and (pepper jack) cheese, on a salt bagel. With any simple dish, the quality of the ingredients and skill in preparation make all the difference, and in this case, it was perfect. The eggs were soft and moist, and the cheese was melted throughout them. The salt on the bagel was just right to balance the creaminess of the eggs and cheese. I ended up sitting on the bench outside in the cold and eating the whole thing because I didn't want to wait until I got home.

Yum! Delicious, chewy bagels and tasty coffee. The service is quick and friendly and the price is really good. They're just a block from the convention center which makes this place pretty convenient when you need good quality coffee on a break. They offer comparable cups and a nice discount if you bring your own (thanks for doing your part, Tandem!). Highly recommended!

This is my favorite place to eat at in town!!! Bagels are delicious! The staff are amazing. I highly recommend tandem bagels!!
