Local ice cream destination had a line waiting to order. That gave us time to make our choices from the extensive flavor list for soft serve, hand scooped or flurries.

Friendly staff and quick service. Seating outside under a tent at picnic tables.

Small size is an extra large anywhere else and, if you order a large, be prepared to have plenty for sharing.

It's a tradition that we come here every year, while we are in town for our family reunion. They have delicious food and ice cream! They have soooo many choices here!! The outside seating provides shade, is very convenient, and set up very nice also!

I am on vacation as we speak. Decided ice cream.. This place is what I support. Great service. Great employees. Best part 2019 is their start date. I am tired of the established businesses treating people the way they do. So when I notice a fairly new place that serve people with respect. I give 5 stars.

The ice cream was delicious! Great stop for going north or coming back. The staff is friendly and they have plenty of options. The shop is small and can get crowded.

Great! Delicious ashby ice cream at a great value. I ordered a family size French fries for $7. It was huge! They included ketchup. The kids cones had two scoops. Great value. It was packed but they are quick and efficient. The fries took a few extra minutes but that's expected. They even serve gluten free chicken strips and gluten free cones! Didn't try those though. The fries and ice cream were delicious. I appreciate the added benefit of under each flavor, they list the allergens. Huge benefit for allergy folks and celiac sufferers!

Always one of my favorite summer treats. When they say the largest cones in the north they mean it. It is a bit more expensive but worth every penny. Wide selection of unique flavors of icecream and a variety of flurry's too. The wait on such a beautiful Sunday afternoon was around 10 minutes since the line was out the door but it was nice out so it wasn't bad.

They have so many ice cream options. Yes, they are the biggest cone in the North. My fur babies loved their pup cup.

Large food and ice cream serving sizes, friendly staff; and although the Fourth of July line is long, they get everyone in and out as soon as possible. Their small is a Dairy Queen large, and they have serving sizes larger than that. Keep up the good work. 👍💯% recommend visiting.

Portions are sizeable which means I generally hate myself by the time I leave there. The calories are always worth it. I'm thankful to be able to frequent this fine establishment.

Family run business with a heart the size of their scoops....HUGE. A large could feed a family of 5! Bring your dog for a scoop and the complimentary water bowl. They also serve food, so it's a one-stop shop. Don't shy away if you see a line. They are that good, and they move quick. This is always a stop going to Lake City!!!

Holy big scoops!! This place is awesome! You've gotta go here atleast once but you'll end up going lots once you try it! So yummy and they are so nice inside plus the scoops are giant!

My daughter and I stopped by today to get lunch and ice cream. It was amazing!! Huge cones, my daughter couldn’t believe how much ice cream she got and the food was absolutely delicious! Plus great customer service! Can’t wait to come back again.

The massive servings for low price makes this one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to! Staff are friendly and my son loved it!

My wife and I go for rides every Monday and Tuesday which are my days off. We just get out and travel around. Today we had the pleasure to stop there and get icecream. The young lady working was the nicest person we have run into in a long time. Even tho it's an hour and a half drive we will go back.

Good service, good ice cream, and the servers were efficient and pleasant in spite of the pressure of a very long line of people. We always have a good experience here!

I'm almost 55 years young and since the first time ever My Mom and Dad took me here as a child its been then best one and only one ice cream store in the world!!!!!!

These really are the largest cones in the north! I believe a size small flurry is 1 pint easily. That is four servings of ice cream if you are wondering. If in doubt, downsize. I have watched as shocked first-time tourists receive their food and cannot finish it. This is absolutely the best ice cream place in the entire Cadillac area. People drive from all around for the selection, size, price, and quality. They also accept all forms of payment, which is nice when you don’t carry cash. In addition, they have a wonderful food menu as well. You can call ahead for pickup at the side window to avoid the line. I wish there were more places like this and less chains in the world. Some of our favorites are the mudslide parfait, banana split, Slushees, flavor burst soft serve, Oreo flurry, dirty turtle sundae, and Michigan pothole hard scoop ice cream.
