Ash's Coffee Cup has a large variety of teas and several flavors of hot chocolate.
The food is really good.

Their food is always good. If you have an issue they'll fix it. For example: I really can't tolerate runny egg whites. When my omelet had them, they didn't just fix the problem, they remade the omelet. Portion sizes are above the norm.

If you are looking for the best local breakfast around make sure to stop at Ash’s. While I lived in Lake City I ate here many times and never had a bad meal. I highly recommend their breakfast omelettes which they will gladly make any way you can imagine. Everything is always fresh and you could tell there was so much love in the food. The atmosphere is small, quaint and simple but the food is amazing and so is the service. Everything is always clean and all the servers and staff are friendly, talkative and prompt. The portions are always huge so you will definitely get your moneys worth here. Highly recommend and most definitely worth a stop if you find yourself in the area.

So so so amazing! We were up visiting family for the weekend and looking for a place for a late lunch! They recommend ash's coffee cup and we were definitely NOT disappointed! ABSOLUTELY will be back next time!

We were looking for a place to eat breakfast on Memorial Day. There was not alot open (for good reason). Came across this gem in Lake City. It was a good 'ol down home breakfast. There were plenty of options on the menu and they had specials. Will keep this place in our back pocket for our next trip up north.

This place is amazing! We have a cabin up here and visit often. Food is always consistently great and knowing it's a one woman show in the kitchen makes it even more BA!👏🏽👏🏽 10/10

Stopped in for takeout passing thru. Great cinnamon roll and coffee. Friendly staff. Definitely reccomend.

Amazing!!! Had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Very pleasant staff. Greeted us right away and were very sweet. The staff was super attentive which only made our experience that much better. The food is some of the best small town diner breakfast I've ever had!! My wife got the farmers omelet with sausage gravy and I had the breakfast burrito with sausage gravy!! Amazing!!! Crispy hashbrowns, hot coffee and delicious gravy complimented with thick sliced crispy bacon!!! What more do you need?? Oh and we started with the cinnamon roll. So good. The small town atmosphere where everyone knows each other is great too. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and stop for a bite!!

Yet to have a meal I did not like here. Lunch Breakfast it is all good. Prices are good and the service is excellent.

Small place but great breakfast

This place has, THE BEST breakfast you will ever have. Me and my family get it every weekend we are up there and we love it. Highly recommend the porker or piglet omelet. Bread is nice and buttery also.

I’d heard that they serve the biggest breakfasts in Michigan, and I wasn’t disappointed! It was very good, too, and the waitstaff was extremely friendly. Can’t wait to try one of their omelets!

2nd time in not so great. Husbands was great. Mine not so much. Hash browns were burned and the waitress seemed like she really didn't want to be there. 😞

First time having BBQ here. The brisket with the appleshine sauce is phenomenal, best I've had. Great, friendly service as always. We eat here often for breakfast. Now that they have such good BBQ, we'll be eating lunch here too.

This place was great- The BEST breakfast burrito everrrr!! And great customer service, all the girls were so friendly that waited on us. Do yourself a favor and stop here and support local instead of McDonald’s down the road! 10/10 recommend!

Service was great food was affordable and came in big portions! Had many special and delicious items ... more than your run in the mill diner menu was huge ..also had lots of special coffees .. would highly recommend

Great place for Breakfast or Lunch. Never been disappointed in 40+ visits over a handful of years. I’d rather wait in line here than go somewhere else with immediate seating. This place is a staple of Lake City. Staff, food and prices are great.
