Picked up the phone right away and got answers to my questions both promptly and pleasantly! Best experience I've had with a government office thus far.

Very helpful and curious in transferring/recording my deed to my trust.

If I could give zero stars I would to the person answering the phone. If you hate your job that much, maybe you shouldn’t be in the position to begin with. Not only were you one of the rudest individuals, you have absolutely no knowledge. Kindness costs nothing. Go take a break and take a deep breath.

Very Disappointed in our government help. Mailed document twice and was returned, both times. So I went to office in person no changes were made and they recorded it. I just wish people who I pay with my tax money and the $30.00 fee would do there job.

Never owned house they are accusing me of and trying to charge me money that I do not owe.
