Family Fare Supermarket

Over priced as usual and expected. But, one foot from home so that's where I go. They need more cashiers instead of self check out. It's hard to bag a full cart of groceries alone while they sit and watch.

Since moving on this side of town this family fare is my go to store. They also have good customer service

I just wanted to update my review ..still 5 stars …I looked at different ways to demote you all because I like to be fair but once again the store was flawless…the darn cashier even came out and brought a bag I forgot rushing to get my kids off the bus…I appreciate her. I appreciate y’all for being a no brainer grocery stop ..I came I conquered another food run for my hungry bunch)

The store was clean and they have great prices especially when using the discount card. They have the same selections as other franchise grocery chains and great value. The staff was friendly. Would recommend this location for your grocery needs.

Good place to shop, had all I needed and helpful staff also bagged my groceries in the self check out. Which is so kind to do that, especially for senior citizens. Thank You , very much appreciated your help.

I got to this family fare often as it is the closest to me. I personally like to use the self checkout and those working at self check out are always incredibly helpful and kind. They go out of their way to help and even bag my groceries. Today I had some unfortunate technical difficulties and Jarred at self check-out was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He went way above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly and make sure everything rang up correctly and the rewards went in correctly, etc. He really made what could have been a frustrating experience good because of his kindness and patience. Thank you thank you Jarred. I greatly appreciate it.

Great bargains especially if you have a Yes card....... The staff are very friendly and make great suggestions. The store is always neat and tidy and very organized. You can tell they care about their store. It is always pleasant to do my shopping here. Highly recommend. I'm sure you will love it too!!

I'm lucky that Family Fare is close nearby so when I need some thing asap. I most of all like the self service lanes. Staff is friendly, helpful. Bathrooms are always clean. Handicap parking is convenient and parking is spacious.

Employee's are very friendly and polite. Store is clean and well stocked.

This Family Fare has greatly improved over the last time I shopped here. The store was neat and clean, the selection was good, prices great and it even smelled clean. I hadn't been in that store for probably 8 years. I was very impressed and definitely will be back.

The location is great so I marked it at a 5. At this location I stop there after work and they always have attentive cashiers manning the self checks who will bag your groceries. The chain itself I'd probably put it down to 4 stars. Its a little pricier than other big grocers, but the main annoyance is that unlike other stores like meijer or Walmart when they have sales like 5 for $5 you have to buy the full 5 to get the sale price.

Great Selection. Meats, fruits, vegetables, vegan/vegetarian options, bakery, deli. The deli features hot foods as well as cold. The cheese selection is great. Pretty good spot for people baking/cooking from scratch, ingredients abound. Very welcoming store layout. Pharmacy in store.

This place has great customer service! I frequent this location ALOT for my shopping needs.

It's close by, convenient, and open 24/7. It gives me that home market feeling, and just the right amount of things you NEED rather than extra stuff you don't want.

It's a great place to shop it's close to my house but i must say the prices have soared. All though still great store. Only thing thats changed is the prices went up like everywhere else.

This chain is a great place to save money on groceries. You'll need to apply for a "Yes" card to truely reap the benefits. However, I don't understand why they don't have one on Alpine Ave yet? They have live one pound lobsters on sale for $9.99 each - limit four. Sale is this Saturday morning at 10 am. There will be a line and supplies are limited. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Almost always go with my husband to get donuts. They're made fresh every morning and are ready by 6:30 am. The employees at this location are very nice, very friendly.

Spartan-Nash(Family Fare & others named stores) is doing a great job making the "smaller neighborhood grocery store" still attractive....if you feel you must grocery shop with half of West Michigan go to the big chain grocery store(s) but if you want a smaller venue that still has a nice selection in food, beverages, deli then Family Fare is your kind of place to go....

I stopped in to pick up a Flash Foods order - what bargains!! The store is clean and well organized and they have great sales :-) I also used the bathroom ~ clean as a whistle and well stocked.
